Abstract
【解決手段】産業廃棄物の焼却および又は溶融処理によって発生する飛灰の処理方法であって、該飛灰を硫酸酸性液によりpH4.5未満に調整しながら浸出を行い、その後固液分離して、鉛を含む浸出残渣(鉛残渣)と、銅と亜鉛および随伴する金属類と塩類を含むろ液に分離する第一工程と、得られたろ液に硫化剤を添加して浸出された銅と随伴する金属類を硫化物として析出させ固液分離する第二工程と、残液にアルカリ剤を添加してpH7〜12に調整して固液分離し、亜鉛を水酸化物として析出させ塩類を含むろ液とに分離する第三工程とからなることを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。

JIS K1410 亜鉛ハンドブック(改訂版)
(1)産業廃棄物の焼却および又は溶融処理によって発生する飛灰の処理方法であって、該飛灰を硫酸酸性液によりpH4.5未満に調整しながら浸出を行い、その後固液分離して、鉛を含む浸出残渣(鉛残渣)と、銅と亜鉛および随伴する金属類と塩類を含むろ液に分離する第一工程と、得られたろ液に硫化剤を添加して浸出された銅と随伴する金属類を硫化物として析出させ固液分離する第二工程と、残液にアルカリ剤を添加してpH7〜12に調整して固液分離し、亜鉛を水酸化物として析出させ塩類を含むろ液とに分離する第三工程とからなることを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
(3)上記(1)記載の第二工程が、飽和塩化銀電極基準の酸化還元電位(ORP)を0mV以下に制御することを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
(4)上記(1)記載の第三工程のpHを10〜11に調整することを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
銅を含有する産業廃棄物にはカーシュレッダーダスト(ASR)のように比較的鉛、亜鉛、銅以外の非鉄金属含有量の少ないものから、電子部品屑のように鉛、亜鉛、銅以外にカドミウム、砒素等の含有量の多いものまで様々である。
本発明は、飛灰中のそれら元素の含有量には影響を受けず、鉛、亜鉛、銅を資源として回収できるところに特徴がある。
この試験結果から硫酸浸出による鉛、亜鉛、銅の浸出率は表3の通りとなり、鉛と他の金属が分離できることがわかった。
図2に示すデータからORPが0mV以下になると液中に銅がほとんど存在せず、それに対して亜鉛濃度はほとんど低下していないことがわかった。ORPを0mV以下に制御しながら硫化処理した時の液組成変化を表4に示す。
図3のデータからORPが0mV以下になると液中に銅、カドミウム、砒素がほとんど存在せず、それに対して亜鉛濃度は多少低下するものの液中にかなり残存していることから亜鉛と他の金属が本方法で分離できることがわかった。ORPを0mV以下に制御しながら硫化処理した時の液組成変化を表10に示す。
Claims (4)
- 産業廃棄物の焼却および又は溶融処理によって発生する飛灰の処理方法であって、該飛灰を硫酸酸性液によりpH4.5未満に調整しながら浸出を行い、その後固液分離して、鉛を含む浸出残渣(鉛残渣)と、銅と亜鉛および随伴する金属類と塩類を含むろ液に分離する第一工程と、得られたろ液に硫化剤を添加して浸出された銅と随伴する金属類を硫化物として析出させ固液分離する第二工程と、残液にアルカリ剤を添加してpH7〜12に調整して固液分離し、亜鉛を水酸化物として析出させ塩類を含むろ液とに分離する第三工程とからなることを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
- 請求項1記載の第一工程の硫酸酸性液が、硫酸を用いpHを1.0〜3.0に調整されたものであることを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
- 請求項1記載の第二工程が、飽和塩化銀電極基準の酸化還元電位(ORP)を0mV以下に制御することを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
- 請求項1記載の第三工程のpHを10〜11に調整することを特徴とする飛灰からの有価物回収方法。
