Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載されている、鋼からなる被加工物、特に外側及び内側に存在する表面を有する被加工物の浸炭法に関する。更に、本発明は前記方法の使用に関する。
鋼からなる被加工物、特に外側及び内側に存在する表面を有する被加工物の本発明による浸炭法の場合、被加工物は850〜1050℃の範囲内の温度でガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中で保持される。少なくとも2の異なるガス状の炭化水素が使用され、かつ/又は、被加工物が、浸炭パルスの間はガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中で、拡散期の間は炭化水素不含の雰囲気中で、交互に保持される。
図1に、本発明による方法に関する圧力及び温度の経時的推移を示す。
Claims (10)
- 鋼からなる被加工物、特に外側及び内側に存在する表面を有する被加工物を850〜1050℃の範囲内の温度でガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中で保持する、被加工物の浸炭法において、少なくとも2の異なるガス状の炭化水素を使用し、かつ/又は、被加工物を、浸炭パルス(13)の間はガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中で、拡散期(15、17)の間は炭化水素不含の雰囲気中で、交互に保持することを特徴とする方法。
- 被加工物をガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中で最大30秒間保持する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2の異なる炭化水素が、ガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中に同時に含まれている、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2の連続した浸炭パルス(13)において、それぞれ少なくとも1の異なる炭化水素がガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中に含まれている、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2の連続した浸炭パルス(13)において、ガス状の炭化水素を含有する雰囲気中の炭化水素の分圧が異なる、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- ガス状の雰囲気中に含まれる炭化水素が不飽和であり、有利に不飽和度が2である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2の異なる炭化水素を使用する場合、少なくとも1の炭化水素が飽和でありかつ少なくとも1の炭化水素が不飽和であるか、又は、少なくとも1の炭化水素の不飽和度が2でありかつ少なくとも1の炭化水素の不飽和度が1である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 飽和炭化水素がC2〜C6アルカン、有利にプロパンであり、かつ不飽和炭化水素がC2〜C6アルケン又はC2〜C6アルキン、有利にエテン、エチン、プロピン又はこれらの混合物である、請求項6又は7記載の方法。
- 異なる炭化水素及び/又は浸炭パルスを、被加工物の外側表面が内側表面よりも強度に浸炭されるように用いる、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 弁座(35)のための領域、弁部材(39)のためのリード及び外側表面(37)を含む、噴射弁、特に燃料噴射弁のノズルボディ(31)を、外側表面(37)及び弁部材(39)のためのリードがより強度に浸炭されかつ弁座(35)の領域が弱く浸炭されるように浸炭し、それによって外側表面(37)及び弁部材(39)のためのリードが弁座(35)の領域よりも高い硬度を有するようにするための、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法の使用。
