Claims (21)
- ゼラチンを含む繊維原料からなる繊維を含み、前記繊維に抗微生物効果のある物質および/または抗生物質が備えられている不織布であって、前記繊維が回転紡糸法で製造されていることを特徴とする不織布。
- 幾つかの繊維が互いに撚り合わせられている、または絡み合っていること、或いは撚り構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の不織布。
- 幾つかの繊維が互いに絡み合って1つまたは複数の繊維束を形成することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の不織布。
- 前記繊維が、専ら、ゼラチンまたはゼラチンの誘導体から製造されており、前記繊維中および/または前記繊維上に抗微生物物質および/または抗生物質が存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記抗微生物効果のある物質および/または抗生物質が前記繊維中に均質に分配されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記抗微生物効果のある物質および/または抗生物質が前記繊維中にナノスケールレベルで存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記抗微生物効果のある物質および/または抗生物質が前記繊維上に分配されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記抗微生物効果のある物質が銀を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 前記繊維の少なくとも一部がナノ繊維の形態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 乾燥状態での単位面積当たりの比重が140〜180g/m2における引張強度として0.15N/mm2以上、および、水和状態における破断点伸びとして150%、好ましくは200%以上を特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 0.5l/min・cm2の通気率を有する開口気孔構造を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の不織布。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の不織布を製造するための回転紡糸法であって、繊維原料を容器に導入し、前記容器を回転させ、流動化した繊維原料を求心力により前記容器から繊維の形態で吐出する回転紡糸法。
- 前記吐出される繊維が、方向付けられた、非接触の方式で案内されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 前記吐出される繊維が吸引装置によって案内されることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 0.3〜500μmの直径を有する繊維が製造されることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 前記容器の出口領域が500μm以下の直径を有する通路の形態であることを特徴とする請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 前記容器が、毎分25000回転以下で回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項12〜16のいずれか一項に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 前記容器が300℃に加熱可能であることを特徴とする請求項12〜17のいずれか一項に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 前記繊維が集積装置上に集積され、前記集積装置と前記容器の間に電位差が存在することを特徴とする請求項12〜18のいずれか一項に記載の回転紡糸法。
- 創傷治癒のための薬物を製造するための請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の不織布の使用。
- 綿棒を製造するための請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の不織布の使用。
