Claims (16)
- 切削工具であって、
一つの本体(11)、
前記本体(11)に取付け可能な少なくとも一つのカッタ本体、
前記カッタ本体は、少なくとも一つの明確に定義された切刃(43)を有しており、
及び、
一つの調整ねじ(29)を利用して押し拡げることができる一つの調整要素(25)を有する一つの調整装置(23)
を有している切削工具において、
前記調整要素(25)が、一方では前記カッタ本体に、他方では切削工具(1)の前記本体(11)に支持されるリング(27)として構成されることを特徴とする、切削工具。 - 前記リング(27)に合口隙間が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切削工具。
- 前記カッタ本体がチップ(9)として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整装置(23)の前記調整要素(25)の、その中心軸の向きに測った厚みが、前記カッタ本体(9)の厚みよりも小さいか、又はそれと等しいことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整装置(23)が一つの位置決め機構(61)と協働することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記位置決め機構(61)が、切削工具(1)の前記本体(11)に対する前記調整装置(23)の特定の方向への相対運動を阻止する、好ましくはピン(57)として構成される一つの突起を有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ピン(57)を、前記調整装置(23)の前記調整要素(25)に差込み可能であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ピン(57)が、切削工具(1)の前記本体(11)に設けられた一つのスロット(75)の中にはまり込むことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ピン(57)を、前記スロット(39)に対して約90°オフセットされている前記リング(27)の前記調整要素(25)の一つの領域内に差込み可能であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整装置(23)を、切削工具(1)の前記本体(11)に作り込まれた、前記カッタ本体に向かって開口している一つのポケット(32)の中に差込み可能であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ポケット(31)が、切削工具(1)の外周面(5)と一致する外面を有する一つの壁面(33)により限定されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の切削工具。
- 前記壁面(33)が一つの開口部(35)を有しており、そこから切削工具の前記本体(11)に一つの調整ねじ(29)を差込み可能であると共に、これを操作可能であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整ねじ(29)が前記調整装置(23)の前記リング(27)を貫通してこれを内側から把持することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整ねじ(29)の回転軸が前記リング(27)の中心軸と同心で延びることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整装置(23)の前記調整ねじ(29)及び前記調整要素(25)が一種の楔形伝動機構を構成することを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の切削工具。
- 前記調整ねじ(23)及び/又は前記リング(27)が一つの楔面を有すること、またその際には、一方には一つの内周テーパ面が、他方には前記内周テーパ面にはまり込む一つの外周テーパ面が備えられることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の切削工具。
