Claims (14)
- 금속 절삭 공구(1)로서, 상기 절삭 공구(1)는,공구 캐리어(carrier), 칩(chip) 제거를 위한 교환 가능한 절삭 플레이트(3) 및 상기 공구 캐리어 상에서의 절삭 플레이트 위치를 조절하기 위한 위치 조절장치를 포함하며,상기 위치 조절장치는 조절나사(8) 및 조정장치(7)를 포함하며, 공구 캐리어에 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8)에는 공구 캐리어의 틈새(10a)에 맞물리는 방사상으로 돌출된 테두리(8a)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 조정장치(7)가 축 방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 배열되어 있는 공구 캐리어의 구멍(10)과 관련하여, 상기 조절나사(8)는 편심적 또는 비동축 형태로 위치해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8) 주위에는 돌출된 테두리(8a)가 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조정장치(7)를 위한 구멍(10)에는 틈새(10a)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8)는, 공구 캐리어의 구멍(10)에서 움직일 수 있게 배열되어 있는 조정장치(7)의 유도 절단면과 관련하여, 상기 조정장치(7) 내에서 비동축 형태로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8)의 나사산이 상기 조정장치(7)의 상응하는 나사산과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8)가 상기 조정장치(7) 내에서 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 돌출된 테두리(8a)가 받침대로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 돌출된 테두리(8a)는 조절나사(8)의 끝 부분에서 떨어져 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8)는 교환식 절삭 플레이트(3)의 옆으로부터 공구에 의해 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조절나사(8)는 절삭 플레이트(3)의 반대편측으로부터 공구에 의해 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조정장치(7)의 종축선은 절삭 플레이트(3)의 바닥 면에 대하여 수직으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 조정장치(7)의 종축선은 절삭 플레이트(3)의 바닥 면에 대하여 직각이 아닌 각도로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 절삭 공구.
