Abstract

可调式不重磨立铣刀在已有技术中还没有,它采用可调式结构实现了立铣刀能从直径方向上来调节其尺寸,刀片采用中心螺钉紧固装置,刀片夹紧可靠,该刀结构简单、使用方便、根据所选择的不重磨刀片的尺寸规格大小的不同,可将刀具制成尺寸大小不同的系列规格。

Description

本发明为一种金属切削工具。
现有技术中没有可调式不重磨立铣刀,本发明的目的在于在保持现有的机夹不重磨立铣刀的各种特点的基础上,采用可调式结构,从而能使立铣刀实现在直径方向上调节其尺寸。具体作法是在刀体(见附图1中1)圆柱形头部的周边上开有多条前方为矩形,尾部为圆形的凹槽。在该凹槽的上侧面的前部还开有圆弧形缺口,在中部和尾部各垂直的开有一个螺孔,孔内安置一颗螺钉(见附图1),在每个凹槽内安装一块可调刀垫(见附图1中4),可调刀垫可分两种,其一是尾部为圆弧型(见附图2中a)其二是尾部为平面楔形(见附图2中b),可调刀垫前部开有底平面带有螺孔的刀槽(见附图2),槽内安装的不重磨刀片(见附图1中5),采用中心螺钉夹紧装置来紧固,即用贯穿刀片中心孔和刀槽底平面螺孔的一颗夹紧螺钉(见附图1中6)的拧紧来紧固刀片,可调刀垫后方开有一条矩形凹槽(见附图2),刀体和可调刀垫通过螺钉来联结並紧固,即通过分别拧入刀体头部周边上所开的凹槽的上侧面的中部螺孔的紧固螺钉(见附图1中3)及后部螺孔的定位紧固螺钉(见附图1中2)。该螺钉后端插入可调刀垫尾部所开的矩形凹槽内的拧紧来紧固。在刀体圆柱形头部的端面的中部还开有凹锥台,凹锥台的底平面打有螺孔,在凹锥台内安置着一个锥台调节块(见附图1中7)和调节螺钉(见附图1中8),当紧固螺钉和定位紧固螺钉拧松后,通过拧调节螺钉带动锥台调节块进行轴向运动,来从刀体径向推动可调刀垫使其改变在刀体凹槽内的径向位置,从而实现了调节立铣刀的直径尺寸的目的。
本发明的优点在于结构简单,刀片夹紧牢固,由于采取可调式结构,刀具直径尺寸可以调节,从而节约了大量的刀具、减少了刀具库存量。该刀具根据所选择的不重磨刀片的尺寸规格的大小不同,可将刀具制成尺寸大小不同的系列规格。
附图1为可调式不重磨立铣刀整体视图。图中1--刀体,2--定位紧固螺钉,3--紧固螺钉,4--可调刀垫,5--刀片,6--夹紧螺钉,7--锥台调节块,8--调节螺钉。
附图2为该刀的可调刀垫的视图,图中a为带圆弧型尾部的可调刀垫,b为带平面楔型尾部的可调刀垫。
附图3为该刀的锥台调节块视图。

Claims (2)

1、可调式不重磨立铣刀,由刀体、可调刀垫、刀片、楔形调节块、机械装配而成。其特征在于刀体圆柱形头部的周边上开有多条前方为矩形。尾部为圆形的凹槽,在该凹槽的上侧面的前部还开有圆弧形缺口、在中部和尾部垂直地各开有一个螺孔,孔内安置一颗螺钉,在每个凹槽内安装一块可调刀垫、可调刀垫前部开有底平面的中间带有螺孔的刀槽、槽内安装的不重磨刀片采用中心螺钉夹紧装置来紧固,可调刀垫尾部开有一条矩形槽。刀体和可调刀垫通过螺钉来联结,在刀体圆柱形头部的端面的中央还开有凹锥台,凹锥台的底平成的中间打有一个螺孔,在凹锥台内安置着一个锥台调节块和调节螺钉。
2、根据权利要求1中所述的可调式不重磨立铣刀,在可调刀垫前部所开的底平面带有螺孔的刀槽中,安装的刀片采用中心螺钉夹紧方式来紧固、即用一颗贯穿刀片中心孔和刀槽底平面螺孔的螺钉的拧紧来夹紧刀片。
