Abstract

Description

刀夹
本发明涉及一种切削刀夹,该刀夹中一个带中心孔的切削刀片靠一个插入该刀片的孔中的销子而机械夹紧。夹紧机构包括一个楔形压板,它对刀片的侧面及顶面起作用,因而促使刀片靠住销子,并向下靠住一个底部支承面。该夹紧机构能够夹紧在上和下面具有断屑槽的基本负形的单面和双面刀片。
在销式刀夹中刀片支靠在刀夹的刀片容放处的一个销子上而被夹紧就位。在销子和该刀夹对着销子的相接面之间使刀片进入夹紧位置。在美国专利第3,905,081号中公开了这样一种刀具,其中夹紧装置包括两个隔开设置的成形为凸脊的延伸部分。其中一个与切削刀片的顶面相邻接,而另一个与刀片的刃面相接触。
已经发现,上述型式的夹紧装置在各方面均不能满足当今工业中使用的刀具的需要。一条紧固刀片的基本条件是夹紧力的大小和方向应当能使刀片在受到作用在刀刃上的最大切削力时克服最小位移而紧固就位。另一条紧固刀片的条件是使得振动或者断续的切削工序不会降低夹紧力或者不会使这种刀夹的部件和刀片配置过早地疲劳损伤。另外还要求提供这样的刀夹,其零部件不会减少切屑流动或减少供给切削刀片和其与被切削工件相接触的冷却介质。这些条件在车削和仿形车削刀夹中是最重要的条件,这些刀夹中切削刀刃相交成向前指向刀尖的一个锐角。
所有这些要求可通过本发明所确定的刀夹而令人满意地完成。发明涉及一种切削刀夹,它包括一个带有相隔配置的延伸部分的紧固楔块,用以紧靠住刀片的顶面而且还紧靠住该刀片的一个刃面。紧固楔块的这些接触面应是平坦接触面形式以便减少通常用硬质合金制成的切削刀片上较高的点压力。这就使该紧固楔块的力的作用点位于尽量远离作用在刀片上的切向切削力的作用点的位置。这对于在刀片的刀刃上间歇的力作用来说非常重要。

附图中标号10表示一个切削刀具的刀夹,它有一个带刀片容放处的前端部分,其内限定出一个通孔11。切削刀片12支承在该位置上的一个垫板13上时便定位于该处。切削刀片12有一个完全通过该刀片中心延伸的中心孔14。切削刀片是多边形的,该多边形的每个角有两个会合成锐角的刀刃。所述通孔11中放着一个锁定销15,该销的头部16与中心孔14的孔壁下部相接合。对刀片12起作用的夹紧装置是一个紧固楔块17,其内放着一只夹紧螺钉18。当夹紧螺钉18旋转时,夹紧装置当作一个楔块并进入刀夹的支承面19与刀片的一个相邻刃面20之间的夹紧位置,从而使该支承面19至少局部向下收缩,多少与楔块17相吻合。楔块17的后切面21大体上是凸形弯曲的,其前部具有一个前伸部分22该前伸部分22上配置了一对凸出部24和25,它们由设在两凸出部之间的圆形槽23分隔开,该圆槽23部分地包围刀片的相应弯曲的中心孔14,该圆槽23的半径基本等于或者略大于中心孔14的半径。凸出部24和25的下侧为平坦表面24a和25a用来与刀片12的顶面相邻接。楔形块还在低于第一凸出部24和25的水平位置上配置一对隔开的第二凸出部26a和26b它们也是平坦的而且制成包含一个与刀片的一个相邻刃面20相吻合的钝角,该刀片包括两个设置成有角度的接触面。夹紧螺钉18设置在楔块17中的一个U—形凹槽27的中心,从而使该螺钉头部28有一个垂直于该螺钉18的中心轴线CL方向的平底面夹紧螺钉18配置有下螺纹部分29,该部分可同刀夹10上的相应的螺孔30丝扣连接。该螺钉头28的下侧,可经一个过渡板31,它装成紧靠住紧固楔块的径向邻接面32。该紧固楔块的底面的(直)径向相对部分并非用来与任何相似的径向面相接合。这样配置是由于实际上位于与径向邻接面32直接相对的凹座27部分是一个径向表面33,它位于与邻接面32相比还低的平面上。
处于前述的不同水平的表面32和33围绕楔块17的孔洞27配置。围绕孔洞27还设有另一个凹槽34,它是相对螺钉18的中心轴线CL偏心配置。螺纹孔30向上延伸到另一个比螺孔30的直径略大用于容放螺线形弹簧36的螺纹孔35,该弹簧的配置用以产生一个力使螺钉和楔块随同该螺钉18的拧松而向上。这一动作的有效完成是通过使在刀夹的刀片旁边的凹槽34的中心轴线与螺孔35的中心轴线相比具有向刀片尖部偏心地侧向位移而实现。
图1至图5所示实施例中,容纳螺钉18的凹槽27给出一种椭圆形状。该凹槽与径向邻接面32相交,该径向邻接面32为C字形而且向前方封闭,但向后终止在椭圆形凹槽27的中间位置上。
使刀片12固定就位的销定销15配置有一个下圆柱部分37和一个径向凸缘38,该径向凸缘介于圆柱部37与销子的头部16之间用以支撑在垫板13上的一个对应环槽39中。通过该销底侧的螺纹接合的螺钉40使锁定销固定在刀夹中,该螺钉头部的径向表面被推至与刀夹10的一个相应径向邻接面41。变换地说,还可通过传动配合使锁定销15固定在通孔11中从而去掉螺钉40。
紧固楔块17的设计最好使得其内的螺钉头容纳槽配置成一个围绕螺钉容纳槽27的凹平面32。后平面33有一个后直边42。两个隔开配置的凹端面43和44向后延伸超出后直边42一定距离。这能使楔形块在与刀夹10的后支承面19相接时有不同的位置。
上述形式的紧固楔块使其用相当小的张紧力矩就能夹紧刀片,用手完成也无问题。通过进行测力结果表明其夹紧力的大小和方向能够实现夹紧刀片即便受到作用在切削刀刃上的切削力最大时其刀片位移量最小。

Claims (8)

1.刀夹,包括刀夹体(10),其前端有一刀片安装处,该刀夹体前端包括一个底面和至少一个侧壁,一个销子(15)伸出该底面,销子上固定一个具有中心孔(14)的刀片(12),一个紧固楔块(17)用于楔接在该刀夹的支承面(19)与该刀片的相邻刃面(20)之间,一个(调节)螺钉(18)螺纹接入该刀夹的一个螺孔(30)中时而收进该楔块,该支承面(19)和该刃面(20)至少部分地向下收缩,该紧固楔块设有隔开的凸出部用于同该刀片的顶面和刃面相楔接,其特征在于,该紧固楔块由一对隔开配置的用于紧靠住刀片的顶面的第一凸出部(24,25)和一对隔开配置的用于紧靠住刀片的一个刃面(20)的第二凸出部(26a,26b)组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的刀夹,其特征在于,所述第一凸出部(24,25)具有制成其平面的平坦底面用以紧靠在刀片上的相应平坦表面部分上。
3.如权利要求1所述的刀夹,其特征在于,每个该第二凸出部(26a,26b)配置有平坦表面部分用以表面靠住刀片的该刃面(20)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的刀夹,其特征在于,围绕夹紧螺钉(18)装有一个螺线形弹簧(36),该弹簧(36)部分地容纳在刀片安放处底部的一个凹孔(35)中,而且部分容纳在该紧固楔块上的一个凹槽(34)中使得该楔块随同拧松该螺钉(18)产生向上运动。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的刀夹,其特征在于,紧固楔块中的螺钉安放凹孔(27)包括一个向前的径向邻接面(32)和一个水平位置制成低于所述第一邻接面(32)的水平位置的(直)径向相对的第二径向面(33),这样,随同旋紧该螺钉(18)螺钉头(28)的底面仅与该第一邻接面(32)相接。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的刀夹,其特征在于,楔块中该弹簧容纳凹孔(34)相对于螺钉安放凹孔(35)是向前朝刀片偏心位移。
7.如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的刀夹,其特征在于,该紧固楔块(17)的后表面包括两个隔开配置的凸面(43,44)用于紧靠在刀夹(10)上的相邻支承面(19)上。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的刀夹,其特征在于,在该第一对凸出部(24,25)之间设有一环形凹槽(23),该环槽的半径等于或者大于刀片的中心孔(14)的半径。
