Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、シャフト(1)に取り付けられた双曲面状の撹拌体(2)を備える活性汚泥用撹拌装置であって、複数の搬送リブ(3)が、撹拌体(2)の上面(O)に設けられ、撹拌体(2)の周方向の境界部(UM)の方へ延びており、搬送リブ(3)は、径方向に関して少なくとも部分的に傾斜したコースを有しており、搬送リブ(3)の傾斜位置は、撹拌体(2)が所定の回転方向(R)に回転するときに、撹拌体(2)の周方向の境界部(UM)から径方向外側に向かう流れが生成されるように、選択される、活性汚泥用撹拌装置に関する。撹拌装置の効率を改善するために、本発明は、少なくとも1つのプロペラ(6)がシャフト(1)に取り付けられ、撹拌体(2)が回転方向(R)に回転するときに、撹拌体(2)の上面(O)に向かう流れ(A)が生成されることを、提案する。

Claims (10)
- シャフト(1)に取り付けられた双曲面状の撹拌体(2)を有する活性汚泥用撹拌装置であって、
前記撹拌体(2)の周方向の境界部(UM)の方へ延びる複数の搬送リブ(3)が、前記撹拌体(2)の上面(O)に設けられており、
前記搬送リブ(3)は、径方向に関して少なくとも部分的に傾斜して延びており、
前記撹拌体(2)が所定の回転の方向(R)に回転するときに、前記周方向の境界部(UM)から離れる方向に向かう径方向流れが生成されるように、前記搬送リブ(3)の傾斜角が選択される、撹拌装置であって、
少なくとも1つのプロペラ(6)が前記シャフト(1)に取り付けられており、該プロペラが、前記回転の方向(R)に前記撹拌体(2)が回転している間、前記撹拌体(2)の前記上面(O)の方へ向かう流れ(A)を生成することを特徴とする、撹拌装置。 - 前記搬送リブ(3)は、ほぼ径方向から、前記周方向の境界部(UM)の方へ向かって、前記回転の方向(R)とは反対の方向へ向かうほぼ接線方向に湾曲している、請求項1に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記搬送リブ(3)は、前記上面(O)の外側の径方向部分にのみ延在する、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 略径方向に延びる複数の剪断リブ(4)が、前記上面(O)の反対側に位置する下面(U)に設けられている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記プロペラ(6)は、前記撹拌体(2)の近傍の前記シャフト(1)に取り付けられている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記撹拌体(2)の前記下面(U)の近傍に延在する前記シャフト(1)の端部が安全軸受内に保持されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記シャフト(1)の更なる端部がギヤユニットモータに接続されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記ギヤユニットモータは水中モータである、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記ギヤユニットモータは、前記撹拌体(2)を取り囲む枠組に装着されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
- 前記安全軸受は、前記枠組にまたは槽の前記底部(5)に装着されている、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の撹拌装置。
