Description
ポリカーボネートは、処理条件下において痕跡量の塩基でさえポリマーの急速な分解(または劣化)をもたらし、その結果、材料特性に不都合な影響が与えられる熱可塑性樹脂である。ここで、本発明は、材料特性に関する実質的な改良に寄与し得る。酸または塩基と敏感に反応し得る他の材料は、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテル、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリ(メタ)アクリレートおよびポリスルホンである。
平面状摺り合わせフランジを有する1リットルフラスコにおいて、200gのVS65.000ポリマー(ビニル末端ポリジメチルシロキサン、製造業者:Hanse Chemie AG、粘度:65Pas(規定))を初期投入として用いる。撹拌しながらポリジメチルシロキサンをトルエン200gで希釈する。その後、本発明の実施例2からのある量のトルエンゾルと、比較例2からのある量のトルエンゾルとを各々撹拌しながら加えて、ポリジメチルシロキサン(VS65.000)の重量に対する、トルエンゾルからの固体(二酸化ケイ素粒子)の重量の比が30:70となるようにする。その後、混合物を90℃に加熱し、真空中で蒸留することによってトルエンを除去する。

- 金属酸化物が、第3および第4主族金属の酸化物、遷移金属酸化物並びにランタノイドおよびアクチノイドの酸化物から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
