- 前記1つ以上の窓のうちの少なくとも1つは前記少なくとも1つの固定面を収容することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記1つ以上の窓は、着脱自在な部材の重量を最小限にすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材は、可動部材のうちの少なくとも1つの固定面に対応する少なくとも1つの接合面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記可動部材の本体部は、2つの突起部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材のうちの少なくとも1つのチャネルは、可動部材の2つの突起部が骨固定組立体のカラーと係合するように同2つの突起部を収容することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定面は、前記可動部材の2つの突起部のうちのうちの少なくとも1つと一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定面は、前記可動部材の本体部と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定面は、前記可動部材の頭部と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記可動部材の頭部は、捻り変形可能な要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定面は、前記捻り変形可能な要素と一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記頭部は、捻り変形可能な要素をの回転運動を抑制する係止部を有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の第1の端部は、捻り変形可能な要素を収容し、少なくとも1つの固定面と係合することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定面は、捻り変形可能な要素に空洞を形成することと、前記着脱自在な部材の第1の端部は空洞を収容する丸みを帯びた突出部を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の円筒状本体は、捻り変形可能な要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の第1の端部は可動部材のうちの少なくとも1つの固定面を収容することと、着脱自在な部材の捻り変形可能な要素を第1の方向に捻り運動させることにより、少なくとも1つの固定面が固定され、可動部材の運動が防止されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の捻り変形可能な要素を第2の方向に捻り運動させることにより、少なくとも1つの固定面が取り外され、可動部材が解放されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の第1の端部は、可動部材のうちの少なくとも1つの固定面を収容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記押圧作動はバネ力により補助される1回以上のクリックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記可動部材の頭部は、角度をなして管状構造体と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の第1の端部は、角度をなして管状構造体と係合することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記管状構造体は脊椎固定のための外科的器具であることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記着脱自在な部材の第2の端部は、一クリックにより骨固定組立体のカラーに対して着脱自在に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 前記可動部材のうちの少なくとも1つの固定面により、可動部材は一クリックにより着脱自在な部材に対して堅固に係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体。
- 少なくとも1つの脊椎固定ロッドと、
同少なくとも1つの脊椎固定ロッドを2つ以上の椎骨体に固定するための2つ以上の骨固定組立体と、
同2つ以上の骨固定組立体を侵襲性を最小限に抑えた処置において2つ以上の椎骨体に固定するための2つ以上の迅速連結型スリーブ組立体とを備え、各迅速連結型スリーブ組立体は、
円筒状本体、同円筒状本体に含まれる少なくとも1つのチャネル、及び着脱自在な部材の第1の端部から着脱自在な部材の第2の端部に延びる少なくとも1つの通路を有する着脱自在な部材と、
頭部、本体部、及び該着脱自在な部材を押圧動作、捻り動作や、これらの組み合わせによりラッチする少なくとも1つのロック要素を有する可動部材とを含み、
該着脱自在な部材のうちの少なくとも1つのチャネルは可動部材の本体部を収容することと、
該着脱自在な部材の第2の端部は骨固定組立体のカラーに連結されることと、
該可動部材の本体部は着脱自在な部材を通じて骨固定組立体のカラーと係合し、着脱自在な部材に対するカラーの並進運動を防止することとを特徴とする脊椎固定システム。 - 前記着脱自在な部材の第2の端部は、一クリックにより骨固定組立体のカラーに連結されることを特徴とする請求項29に記載の脊椎移植システム。
- 前記可動部材のうちの少なくとも1つの固定面により、可動部材は一クリックにより着脱自在な部材に対して堅固に係合することを特徴とする請求項29に記載の脊椎移植システム。
- 各迅速連結型スリーブ組立体は、侵襲性を最小限に抑えて切開口を通じて進入すべく低姿勢であることを特徴とする請求項29に記載の脊椎移植システム。
