Abstract
Description
種々の用途のためには、ポリメタクリルイミドフォームに繊維強化された層が設けられ、優れた性質を有するコンポジット材料が得られる。このコンポジット材料は、なかんずくロータブレードの製造に使用される(米国特許第5547629号明細書)。更に、例えばポリメタクリルイミドフォーム材料をポリメチルメタクリレートと貼り合わせるような通例の熱可塑性樹脂を有する複合体が記載されている。更に、ポリメタクリルイミドフォームの使用は、導電性粒子をフォーム中に組み込むことによって成功し、それによってこのポリメタクリルイミドフォームは、電磁線の吸収に使用することができる(ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3826469号明細書A1)。また、自動車産業のための使用が記載されている(特開昭63−315229号公報A2)。更に、当該関連の特許は、ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3304882号明細書A、英国特許第1547978号明細書、ドイツ連邦共和国特許第2822881号明細書、ドイツ連邦共和国特許第2235028号明細書およびドイツ連邦共和国特許第2114524号明細書である。
構造部材をコンポジット材料から製造する場合には、しばしばコア材料(フォーム材料、例えばRoehm GmbH社から入手できるタイプRohacell(登録商標)のフォーム材料または例えばポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)またはPUからなるフォーム材料のようなフォーム材料)が必要とされるかまたは望ましい寸法で提供されていないという問題を生じた。現在のジャンボ飛行機の側面尾翼には、例えば約6m×5mの断片が必要であるが、しかし、製造技術的理由からフォーム材料板は、小型の寸法でのみ製造可能である。
前記の課題ならびにさらに詳細には記載されていないが、しかし、直ちに当業者にとって冒頭の記載から導き出すことができる課題は、独立請求項の製品の請求項の全ての特徴を有する突合せ接続によって解決される。本発明によるシートの好ましい実施態様は、独立請求項の製品の請求項に対して従属する請求項の対象である。本発明による化合物を製造するための方法は、方法のカテゴリーの独立請求項において保護が請求されている。好ましい方法の変法は、従属請求項の方法の請求項から確認される。この課題は、コア接続構造の突合せ接続の範囲内で鉄筋補強要素が厚手方向へ導入されることによって解決される。この場合、異なるかまたは同じコア材料または別の材料は、突合せすることができる。
鉄筋補強要素は、コア材料の移行範囲内で僅かな密度または剛性でおよび/または高い密度または剛性で導入されることができる(図1参照)。鉄筋補強要素としては、例えば炭素繊維棒を使用することができる。鉄筋補強要素は、付加的に2つの被覆層を貫通することができ、例えば脱スケール特性(Schaelseigenschaften)、衝撃特性および亀裂進行特性が改善され、それによって損傷が許容される突合せ接続および全サンドウィッチ構造が生じる。鉄筋補強要素は、常用の近接法(Naehverfahren)またはタフト法、Aztexの原理またはエアバス(Airbus)のTFC原理によるピン止め法を用いてコア材料またはコア接続構造体中に導入されてよい。
強化による建築部材の質量増加率は、約7%である。しかし、これは、例えばROHACELL(登録商標)WFの代わりにROHACELL(登録商標)RIMAを使用することによってさらに減少させることができ、したがって全体的に質量の節約が生じる。

本発明の方法に該当するコア層は、ポリ(メタ)アクリルイミドフォームを有する。 括弧内に設けられた表記法は、場合による特徴を示す。即ち、例えば(メタ)アクリルは、アクリル、メタクリルおよびこれら双方からなる混合物を意味する。
R1およびR2は、同一かまたは異なり、水素またはメチル基を表わすことができ、R3は、水素または20個までの炭素原子を有するアルキル基またはアリール基を表すことができる]によって示すことができる繰返し単位を有する。
1.(a)メタクリル酸およびメタクリルニトリルの総和に対してメタクリルニトリル20質量%〜60質量%、メタクリル酸80質量%〜40質量%および場合によっては他の一官能価ビニル系不飽和単量体からなる単量体混合物、
(b)ホルムアミドまたはモノメチルホルムアミドと分子中に3〜8個の炭素原子を有する1価脂肪族アルコールとからなる発泡剤混合物0.5質量%〜15質量%、
(c)(c.1)分子中に少なくとも2個の二重結合を有する、ラジカル重合可能なビニル系不飽和化合物0.005質量%〜5質量%および
(c.2)単量体混合物中に溶解された酸化マグネシウム1質量%〜5質量%からなる架橋剤系、
(d)開始剤系、
(e)通常の添加剤からなる組成物をラジカル重合させることによる重合体板の製造。
Claims (6)
- コア複合構造体中での同じかまたは異なるコア材料の改善された突合せ接続において、改善すべき突合せ接続に隣接した、コア材料の範囲内に1つ以上の補強要素が導入されていることを特徴とする、コア複合構造体中での同じかまたは異なるコア材料の改善された突合せ接続。
- コア材料としてRohacell(登録商標)フォーム材料が使用されている、請求項1記載の改善された突合せ接続。
- 補強要素として炭素繊維材料部材が使用されている、請求項1記載の改善された突合せ接続。
- 宇宙船、航空機、船舶および車両での請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の改善された突合せ接続の使用。
- 風力装置の建造の際の請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の改善された突合せ接続の使用。
- スポール器具の製作の際の請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の改善された突合せ接続の使用。
