Claims (16)
- 遠位端にバルーンを有するカテーテルを含み、

前記カテーテルの遠位端は、前記バルーンを超えて突き出ないように構成されることを特徴とする管腔再入デバイス。 - 前記バルーンは円錐状に成形され、前記カテーテルの端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記カテーテルは、その中に内部チューブが設けられた外部チューブを備え、
前記円錐状のバルーンは、前記外部チューブの端部に固定された近位ネック部と、前記内部チューブの端部に固定された反転遠位ネック部とを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の管腔再入デバイス。 - 前記バルーンの直径が前記身体管腔の直径を超えないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記バルーンの長さが前記バルーンの直径を超えないことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記第一の管腔を貫通し、且つ前記身体管腔に進入するために少なくとも1つの層を穿孔するように適合されたガイドワイヤーを更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記第一の管腔に配置されたハイポチューブ針と、前記針の内部空洞を通過するガイドワイヤーとを更に含み、前記針の遠位端が、前記身体管腔に進入するために少なくとも1つの層を穿孔するように適合された、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記バルーンは反転遠位ネック部を有し、
前記カテーテルの遠位端が前記反転遠位ネック部に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管腔再入デバイス。 - 前記カテーテルが、前記バルーンが配置された遠位部の近位にある旋回部により形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記旋回部が、前記カテーテルの他の部分より薄い壁厚を有する脆弱部を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記旋回部が、可撓性材料で作られている部分を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記旋回部が継ぎ手を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
- 前記旋回部が、前記カテーテルの他の部分より柔軟で屈曲させるのがより容易な部分を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の管腔再入デバイス。
