Abstract
【解決手段】弁ケーシング11と、弁開口部13と、弁ケーシング11内で変位可能な閉鎖部材15とを備えて成り、該閉鎖部材15が、前記弁ケーシング11内でソレノイド23によって開弁位置へ変位する一方、永久磁石によって閉弁位置へ変位する弁において、第1の永久磁石24を前記弁ケーシング11内における支持部材に設けるとともに、第2の永久磁石を前記第1の永久磁石の同極同士が対向するよう前記閉鎖部材15に設け、前記第1及び第2の永久磁石24,25の断面寸法をそれぞれ前記支持部材及び前記閉鎖部材15よりも小さく形成し、これら第1及び第2の永久磁石を前記支持部材及び前記閉鎖部材15内に埋設した。
Description
a)第1の永久磁石を弁ケーシング内における支持部材に設けるとともに、第2の永久磁石を、前記第1の永久磁石の同極同士が対向するよう閉鎖部材に設け、
b)前記第1及び第2の永久磁石の断面寸法をそれぞれ前記支持部材及び前記閉鎖部材よりも小さく形成し、これら第1及び第2の永久磁石を前記支持部材及び前記閉鎖部材内に埋設した
ことにより達成される。

Claims (10)
- 特に接着剤である流動物用の弁であって、
弁ケーシング(11)と、
弁開口部(13)と、
前記弁ケーシング(11)内で変位可能な閉鎖部材(15)と
を備えて成り、前記弁の閉弁時には前記閉鎖部材(15)が弁座(14)に密接し、該閉鎖部材(15)が、前記弁ケーシング(11)内で特にソレノイド(23)である操作手段によって開弁位置へ変位する一方、永久磁石によって閉弁位置へ変位し、前記閉鎖部材(15)を閉弁方向へ作用する磁力あるいは磁場の強さが開弁方向へ作用する力よりも小さく設定されている前記弁において、
a)第1の永久磁石(24)を前記弁ケーシング(11)内における支持部材に設けるとともに、第2の永久磁石(25)を、前記第1の永久磁石の同極同士が対向するよう前記閉鎖部材(15)に設け、
b)前記第1及び第2の永久磁石(24,25)の断面寸法をそれぞれ前記支持部材及び前記閉鎖部材(15)よりも小さく形成し、これら第1及び第2の永久磁石を前記支持部材及び前記閉鎖部材(15)内に埋設した
ことを特徴とする弁。 - 前記閉鎖部材(15)が前記弁座(14)から離間した開弁状態において、前記第1の永久磁石(24)と前記第2の永久磁石(25)の間隔を、前記支持部材又は前記閉鎖部材(15)の端面にスペーサ(26)を設けることにより保持するよう構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁。
- 前記スペーサを前記第2の永久磁石(25)の外部に設けたスペーサリング(26)として形成し、該スペーサリングを、流動物を流通させる役目を担う径方向の切通し部(27)によって前記閉鎖部材(15)の周囲の長さ方向に分配されたスペーサとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 互いに同極を対向させて並置された前記第1及び第2の永久磁石(24,25)の外方での間隔を、特に前記閉鎖部材(15)の端部に設けられつつ前記切通し部(27)を備えた前記スペーサリング(26)によって所定の間隔に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記閉鎖部材(15)のシリンダ部の外周に長手方向へ延びる複数の流路(36)を設けるとともに、該流路(36)の間にリブ状の突起部(37)を前記閉鎖部材(15)の長手方向に延設し、該突起部(37)を、前記弁ケーシング(11)のシリンダ状の内壁面(35)において前記閉鎖部材(15)を支持するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁ケーシング(11)のシリンダ状の内部空間(20)に該内部空間(20)を閉塞する閉塞部材(21)を前記第1の磁石(24)の支持部材として設けるとともに、該閉塞部材(21)を開弁状態における前記閉鎖部材(15)のストッパとして形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記閉塞部材(21)を、特に前記弁ケーシング(11)から延出されつつ当該閉塞部材(21)に結合された調整ネジ(41)によって該弁ケーシング(11)内で調整可能に支持し、この際、好ましくは前記調整ネジ(41)の自由端部を前記閉塞部材(21)の軸方向に延設された凹部(42)内に挿入して圧力ばめによって互いに接続したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 冷却手段を前記弁ケーシング(11)の内部において特に前記ソレノイド(23)又はそのコイルに隣接して設け、該冷却手段を、特に直立に設けたヒートパイプ(38)として形成するとともに特に上方へ向いた流出開口部が開口するよう前記弁ケーシング(11)に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記弁ケーシング(11)の断面が四角形状に形成されている場合に、その四隅にそれぞれ1つずつ4つの前記ヒートパイプ(38)を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
- 前記ヒートパイプ(38)の上部(39)を前記弁ケーシング(11)の上端から突出させるとともに、該ヒートパイプの上部(39)に、該ヒートパイプに対して垂直に排熱のためのフィン(40)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁。
