Claims (14)
- 熱可塑性プラスチック材料から中空体を製造するに際し、熱可塑性プラスチック材料から成る少なくとも二枚のウェブ状パリソンを押し出し、該パリソンを製造すべき中空体の外形輪郭を少なくとも部分的に画定する成形キャビティを備えた成形金型内に導入し、前記材料の第1成形プロセスで成形金型内のパリソンをガス圧の加圧又は減圧操作の一方又は双方で成形する熱可塑性プラスチック材料製中空体の製造方法において、中空体へと成形されて結合される少なくとも二枚のパリソンを互いに時間的に順次連続して押し出し、これらパリソンを同時に成形することを特徴とする熱可塑性プラスチック材料製中空体の製造方法。
- 押出厚さを制御するためにダイ間隙を調整可能な単一のスリット状押出ダイを備えた単一の押出ヘッドを使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 各パリソンに、長さ方向と幅方向の一方又は双方に亘って均一な単一厚さ寸法の断面形状を与えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 時間的に順次連続して押し出される第1パリソンと第2パリソンを、厚さと重量の一方又は双方が互いに異なるように押し出すことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記パリソンを予め定められた長さに押し出してから一つ以上のグリップ装置により押出ヘッドから分離して成形金型内に移すことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ブロー成形用の三分割金型を用いて各パリソンをそれぞれ半シェルに成形し、後工程で半シェル同士を結合して本質的に閉じた中空体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法による自動車用燃料タンク製造方法。
- 前記二枚のパリソンを互いに対応する長辺同士が互いに背を向けるように成形金型内に導入配置することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 時間的に順次連続して押し出される二枚のパリソンのうちの一方をその長手軸回りに180°回転することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 時間的に順次連続して押し出される二枚のパリソンのうち、先に押し出されるパリソンの厚さを次に押し出されるパリソンの厚さよりも厚くし、これら二枚のパリソンを中空体に成形することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 時間的に順次連続して押し出される二枚のパリソンのうち、先に押し出される第1パリソンを成形金型内に導入してから次押し出される第2パリソンを成形金型に導入し、前記第1成形プロセスの後、第2成形プロセスで両パリソンの成形体同士を接合することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 時間的に順次連続して押し出される二枚のパリソンのうち、後から押し出される第2パリソンの押出中に先に押し出された第1パリソンを待機位置に移し、その後、両パリソンを共に成形金型内に導入することを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、少なくとも一台の押出機と、スリット状押出ダイ(9)として形成されたダイ間隙を有する少なくとも一台の押出ヘッド(2)とを備え、押出ヘッド(2)が円の一部をなす円弧状間隙又円の全体を成す円環状間隙として形成された少なくとも一つの溶融プラスチック通路を有するものにおいて、前記溶融プラスチック通路からの円弧状又は円環状の溶融プラスチック流を単一の平らなウェブ状溶融プラスチック流へと展開する手段を備えたこと特徴とする熱可塑性プラスチック材料製中空体の製造装置。
- 熱可塑性プラスチック材料から二枚のウェブ状パリソンを押出ブロー成形することによって得られる熱可塑性プラスチック製燃料タンクにおいて、燃料タンクを構成する二つの半シェルが、単一の溶融プラスチック押出流から時間的に順次連続して得た二枚のパリソンから成形されていることを特徴とする燃料タンク。
