Claims (30)
- プラズマ源(1;13)であり、特に傷の生体内殺菌に適した低温プラズマ発生用プラズマ源であって、
a)ガス流を搬送する導管(3,4;14;14’)と、
b)プラズマを内部発生させる電離箱(10;15;30)と、を備え、
c)前記電離箱(10;15;30)は、前記導管(3,4;14;14’)と連結し、該導管(3,4;14;14’)内のガス流が該電離箱(10;15;30)からガス粒子を運び去ることにより、該電離箱(10;15;30)内の圧力を減圧する、
ことを特徴とするプラズマ源(1;13)。 - a)前記導管(3,4)は、ノズル(3)を備え、
b)前記電離箱(10)は、前記ノズル(3)の上流で前記導管(3,4)と連結する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。 - 前記ノズル(3,14)は、ベンチュリノズル又はラバルノズルである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- a)前記ノズル(3)の上流にある前記導管(3,4)内のガス流が亜音速(M<1)及び/又は、
b)前記ノズル(3)の下流にある前記導管(3,4)内のガス流が超音速(M>1)及び/又は、
c)前記ノズル(3)内のガス流が約(M≒1)の音速である、ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記電離箱(10)は環状であり、前記導管(3,4)を包囲する、ことを特徴とする前記請求項いずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記電離箱(10)内でのプラズマ放出が環状であり、該プラズマ放出が前記導管(3,4)を包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- a)前記電離箱(15;30)はカップ状であって流れ方向に開口するとともに、
b)前記電離箱(15;30)は前記導管(14;14’)の内部であり、特に前記ノズル(14)の内部に配設されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(13)。 - 前記カップ状の電離箱(15;30)は軸方向に調整可能な軸位を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のプラズマ源(13)。
- 第1電極(26)及び第2電極(25)は、前記電離箱(15)内にプラズマを発生させるために設けられている、ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(13)。
- a)前記第1電極は前記ノズル(3)によって形成されており、
b)前記第2電極は前記導管(4)の円錐部によって形成され、該円錐部は流れ方向に先細であり該ノズル(3)を包囲している、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマ源(13)。 - 前記第1電極(26)及び前記第2電極(25)の双方は前記電離箱(15)内に配設される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマ源(13)。
- a)前記第1電極(26)は、前記導管(14’)により特に前記ノズルによって形成されており、
b)前記第2電極(25)は、前記電離箱(10;15;30)内に単独で配設される、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。 - a)マイクロ波が前記プラズマ発生によって前記電離箱(10)内に発生し、
b)前記電離箱(10)内で発生した前記マイクロ波は、プラズマ源(1)のマイクロ波照射を低減するように、前記電離箱(10)又は導電性材料からなるハウジングによって遮断されている、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記電離箱(10)の内部から前記導管(3,4)の内部へ至り、かつ該導管(3,4)の前記排気口を通じて直接放射路がなく、前記プラズマ源(1)にプラズマ発生による電磁照射が実質的に生じない、
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記電離箱の内部から前記導管(14;14’)の内部に至り、かつ該導管(14;14’)の前記排気口を通る直接放射路があり、前記プラズマ源(13)が、プラズマ発生による電磁照射を行う、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(13)。 - 前記電離箱(10;15;30)は、少なくとも部分的に透明であり、該電離箱(10;15;30)内プラズマ発生の目視管理を可能にする壁を備える、ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- 前記電離箱(10;15;30)は、可視光線を透過すると共に紫外線を非透過にする材料からなる窓を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- 前記電離箱(10;15;30)は、真空計等と連結するための連結部(12)を備える、ことを特徴とする前記請求項いずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- 前記電離箱(10;15;30)内、及び/又は、前記導管(3,4;14;14’)内の該電離箱(10;15;30)下流に磁界を発生させる磁石(28)を有しており、該磁界はプラズマ生成を促進させる、ことを特徴とする前記請求項いずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- a)前記導管(3,4;14;14’)は、前記導管(3,4;14;14’)内にガス流を導入するための吸気口(5;12)を備え、かつ、
b)前記導管(3,4;14;14’)は、混合プラズマが混ざったガス流を対象(2)に供給するための排気口(8;27)を備える、
ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。 - 前記電離箱(10;15;30)内で発生させた真空は、5mbarから900mbarの範囲である、ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- 前記導管(3,4;14;14’)内に導入されたガス流は、
a)周囲空気又は、
b)窒素又は、
c)希ガス、特にアルゴン又は、
d)添加物、特に二酸化炭素を有する前記ガスのうちいずれか1つ、を実質的に含む、ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。 - 前記導管(3,4;14;14’)内のガス流は、501/min.,401/min.,301/min.,201/min.,又は、101/min.未満である、ことを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- プラズマ発生器11は、前記電離箱(10;15;30)内のプラズマの、
a)直流励起又は、
b)交流励起、特に無線周波数励起に用いられる、ことを特徴とする前記請求項いずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。 - 前記プラズマは、100℃,75℃,50℃,40℃,又は、30℃未満の温度を有する、ことを特徴とする前記請求項いずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1;13)。
- 前記導管(3,4;14;14’)内のガス流が、以下のガス粒子、
a)分子、
b)原子、
c)イオン、及び/又は、
