Claims (17)
- 傷の生体内殺菌に適した温度を有する低温プラズマを発生させるためのプラズマ源(1)において、
ガス流を搬送する導管(3,4)を備え、
該導管(3,4)は、ノズル(3)内に前記ガス流を導入するために該ノズル(3)の上流に配置された吸気口を備え、該ノズル(3)は電離箱(10)の上流に配置され、
該導管(3,4)は、更に、前記電離箱(10)の下流に配置されたコンジットパイプ(4)と、前記コンジットパイプ(4)の下流にある排出口(8)とを備え、
当該プラズマ源(1)は、更に、前記ノズル(3)及び前記コンジットパイプ(4)を収容し、前記ノズル(3)及び前記コンジットパイプ(4)の間における前記電離箱(10)を画定するハウジングを備え、
前記ノズル(3)と前記コンジットパイプ(4)との間に間隙があり、該間隙内に前記ガス流を円滑に流入させており、
前記ノズル(3)及び前記コンジットパイプ(4)は、前記導管(3,4)によって前記ガス流が搬送されるとき、前記電離箱(10)の内部の圧力を減圧するように配置され、
当該プラズマ源(1)は、更に、当該プラズマ源における電源であるプラズマ発生器(11)を備え、該プラズマ発生器(11)は、前記ノズル(3)及び前記コンジットパイプ(4)の間における前記電離箱(10)の内部で前記低温プラズマを発生するよう構成されており、
前記排出口は、前記低温プラズマを対象表面に印加するために配置される、ことを特徴とするプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記ノズル(3)は、ベンチュリノズル又はラバルノズルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- a)前記ノズル(3)の上流にある前記導管(3,4)内のガス流が亜音速(M<1)及び/又は、
b)前記ノズル(3)の下流にある前記導管(3,4)内のガス流が超音速(M>1)及び、
c)前記ノズル(3)内のガス流がほぼ音速(M=1)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記電離箱(10)は環状であり、前記導管(3,4)を包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 第1電極及び第2電極は、前記電離箱(10)内に前記低温プラズマを発生させるために設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- a)前記第1電極は前記ノズル(3)によって形成されており、
b)前記第2電極は前記コンジットパイプ(4)の円錐部によって形成され、該円錐部は流れ方向に先細であり該ノズル(3)を包囲している、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記第1電極(37)及び前記第2電極(38)の双方は前記電離箱(10)内に配設される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記ハウジングは、プラズマ源(1)のマイクロ波照射を低減するように、導電性材料からなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記第1電極(37)及び前記第2電極(38)は、前記ノズル(3)及び前記コンジットパイプ(4)の間にガス流に対して放射状に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は請求項7に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記電離箱(10)は、少なくとも部分的に透明であり、該電離箱(10)内低温プラズマ発生の目視管理を可能にする壁を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記電離箱(10)は、可視光線を透過すると共に紫外線を非透過にする材料からなる窓を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記電離箱(10)は、真空計と連結するための連結部(12)を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記電離箱(10)内、及び/又は、前記導管(3,4)内の該電離箱(10)下流に磁界を発生させる磁石(28)を有しており、該磁界は低温プラズマ生成を促進させる、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記電離箱(10)内で発生させた真空は、5mbarから900mbarの範囲である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。
- 前記導管(3,4)内に導入されたガス流は、
a)周囲空気又は、
b)窒素又は、
c)希ガス、特にアルゴン又は、
d)添加物、特に二酸化炭素を有する前記ガスのうちいずれか1つ、を実質的に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 前記プラズマ発生器(11)は、
a)直流又は、
b)交流によって前記電離箱(10)内の前記低温プラズマを励起する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)。 - 医療機器(32;35)、特に殺菌器や焼灼器(5)であって、
請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載のプラズマ源(1)を備える、
ことを特徴とする医療機器(32;35)。
