Claims (11)

  1. 複合材を成形する用具品であって、前記用具品が、
    気孔体積の約90%以上が約10μm〜約150μmの直径の気孔と気孔体積の約1%以上が約0.8μm〜約3.5μmの直径の気孔から成る気孔分布を有する炭素フォームと、
    前記炭素フォームに付着されている封止剤と
    前記封止剤に付着され、前記成形用具表面となる表皮層と、を備え
    前記封止剤が、異なる粒子寸法分布を有する、第1充填材部分と第2充填材部分を備えた2組の充填材粒子からなる充填材を備えていることを特徴とする成形用具品。
  2. 前記表皮層が、金属から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用具品。
  3. 記金属表皮層が、鉄ニッケル合金の熱又はプラズマ溶射付着層から成ることを特徴とする請求項記載の成形用具品。
  4. 前記第1充填材部分の粒子の平均直径が、前記第2充填材部分の粒子の平均直径の少なくとも2倍であることを特徴とする請求項記載の成形用具品。
  5. 前記第1充填材部分の粒子が、120μm未満の平均直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用具品。
  6. 前記第2充填材部分の粒子が、0.2〜10μmの平均直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用具品。
  7. 前記第1充填材部分が、前記封止剤の12〜50重量%を構成することを特徴とする請求項記載の成形用具品。
  8. 前記第2充填材部分が、前記封止剤の8〜35重量%を構成することを特徴とする請求項記載の成形用具品。
  9. 前記第1充填材部分の粒子の80%以上が、2〜500μmの範囲の直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用具品。
  10. 前記第1充填材部分及び前記第2充填材部分の各々が、炭素質粒子を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の成形用具品。
  11. 前記第1充填材部分が、コークス、石炭、又はグラファイトの粒子から成り、前記第2充填材部分が、カーボンブラックの粒子から成ることを特徴とする請求項10記載の成形用具品。
