Claims (8)
- 自動車のための出力遮断機であって、
互いに電気的に接続されるソケット接触要素を備えるコネクターハウジングを有し、およびソケットキャップ接続部を備えるソケットキャップハウジングを有しており、その際操作レバーを介してソケット接触要素がソケットキャップ接触部と接続可能および切断可能である出力遮断機において、
金属のまたは金属コートされた周囲ハウジング(2)が、ソケットキャップハウジング(3)と接続されていること、
周囲ハウジング(2)の少なくとも一つの内部表面が、形成されるトリガーエッジ(12)を備えており、このトリガーエッジがコネクターハウジング(1)を組み付ける際に、コネクターハウジング(1)に配置された操作レバー(4)の機械的なブロッキングを解除することを特徴とする出力遮断機。 - 操作レバー(4)が、ソケットキャップハウジング(1)におけるラック(13)と協働する歯車(5)を備えるかまたは作動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の出力遮断機。
- 周囲ハウジング(2)と接続されていないコネクターハウジング(1)における、少なくとも操作レバーのある位置において、歯車(5)の空所部分(6,7)にかみ合うブロックレバー(10)が、操作レバー(4)の動作可能性をブロックしていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の出力遮断機。
- 周囲ハウジング(2)のトリガーエッジ(12)が側方からブロックレバー(10)に作用し、これによってブロックレバー(10)の歯車(5)をブロックしている部分を歯車(5)の回転平面から外へ押し出すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の出力遮断機。
- コネクターハウジング(1)のソケットキャップハウジング(3)への最終位置で、トリガーエッジ(12)がブロックレバー(10)をリリースし、これによってブロックレバー(10)の端部が、歯車(5)の空所部分(7)内にロックされるようにかみ込むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の出力遮断機。
- ブロックレバー(10)の端部と歯車(5)の歯部側面が、形成された各傾斜部(9,11)を備えており、これら傾斜部を使ってブロックレバー(10)がブロック位置から外へ動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の出力遮断機。
- ブロックレバー(10)をブロック位置から外へ動かすために、側方からブロックレバー(10)に作用するアンロックピン(23)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の出力遮断機。
- コネクターハウジング(1)とソケットキャップハウジング(3)を完全に組合せることによって、別の電気的な接触要素が互いに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の出力遮断機。
