Claims (15)
- 部分閉塞を検出する装置であって、
呼吸ガスの流れを伝達する患者インターフェイスと、
前記患者インターフェイスと連結され、前記患者インターフェイスを通る呼吸ガスの流れを表す流れ信号を生成する流れセンサと、
前記流れセンサと連結され、前記流れ信号を処理するコントローラと
を備えてなり、
前記コントローラが、
(a)前記流れ信号からの前記部分閉塞のパターンを表す形状指数の決定と、
(b)前記流れ信号からの通気指標の決定と、
(c)決定された前記形状指数および決定された前記通気指標の関数としての流れ制限指標の導出と
を制御するように構成されている、装置。 - 前記部分閉塞のパターンがM形状流れ検出関数である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記通気指標が現在の1回呼吸量および事前の1回呼吸量を含む比率である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラおよび前記患者インターフェイスと連結された流れ発生器をさらに備え、
前記コントローラが、(a)前記流れ制限指標の関数として圧力要求を計算し、(b)前記圧力要求に応じて流れ発生器を設定するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラが、(a)前記形状指数が呼吸気流中のM形状息の存在を表すこと、および、(b)前記通気指標が通常の通気未満を表すために十分に減少することの条件として事前の圧力要求値を増加させる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記流れ信号から決定された前記部分閉塞のチェアパターンを表す第2の形状指数の決定を制御するようにさらに構成され、導出された前記流れ制限指標が第2の形状指数のさらなる関数である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 部分閉塞を検出する装置であって、
呼吸ガスの流れを伝達する患者インターフェイスと、
前記患者インターフェイスと連結され、前記患者インターフェイスを通る呼吸ガスの流れを表す流れ信号を生成する流れセンサと、
前記流れセンサと連結され、前記流れ信号を処理するコントローラと
を備えてなり、
前記コントローラが、
前記流れ信号からの前記部分閉塞のパターンを表す形状指数の決定と、
前記流れ信号からの負荷サイクル指標の決定と、
決定された前記形状指数および決定された前記負荷サイクル指標の関数としての流れ制限指標の導出と
を制御するように構成されている、装置。 - 前記部分閉塞のパターンがM形状流れ検出関数である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記負荷サイクル指標が、現在の息吸気時間対サイクル時間の比率と事前の平均息吸気時間対サイクル時間の比率とを含む比率である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラおよび前記患者インターフェイスと連結された流れ発生器をさらに備え、
前記コントローラが、(a)前記流れ制限指標の関数として圧力要求を計算し、(b)前記圧力要求に応じて流れ発生器を設定するようにさらに構成されている、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記コントローラが、(a)前記形状指数が流れ信号中のM形状息の存在を表すこと、および、(b)前記負荷サイクル指標の増加の条件として事前の圧力要求値を増加させる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記流れ信号から決定された前記部分閉塞のチェアパターンを表す第2の形状指数の決定を制御するようにさらに構成され、導出された前記流れ制限指標が第2の形状指数のさらなる関数である、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 呼吸治療のための治療セッティングを決定する装置であって、
呼吸流れの指標を決定する手段と、
前記呼吸流れの指標から部分閉塞の程度を表す形状指数を決定する手段と、
前記呼吸流れの指標から通気の変化の程度を表す通気指標を決定する手段と、
前記部分閉塞の程度および前記通気の変化の程度の両方の比例関数として前記治療セッティングを導出する手段と
を備えてなる、装置。 - 前記形状指数が、1回から3回までの息の範囲内にある複数の息から、前記決定する手段によって決定される、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 導出された前記治療セッティングに応答して患者への呼吸圧力治療を生成し提供する手段をさらに備える装置であって、前記装置は、自動タイトレーション呼吸治療機器を備えている、請求項13に記載の装置。
