Claims (12)

前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールが、
前記圧力生成装置が、前記対象へ呼吸きっかけを与えるために前記加圧呼吸ガス流におけるガスのパラメータを調節するように、前記圧力生成装置を制御するように構成される制御モジュール、
前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる前記呼吸きっかけと、前記対象の呼吸との適合性を決定するように構成される適合性モジュールであり、そのような決定が前記センサにより生成される前記出力シグナルと前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけとに基づき、そのような決定が、前記対象の呼吸と前記呼吸きっかけとの同期性の差を定量化する適合性の測定値を決定することを含む、適合性モジュール、及び
前記対象が睡眠中であるかを決定するように構成される睡眠モジュールであり、そのような決定が前記対象に対する適合性の閾値レベルを超える前記適合性の測定値に基づき、前記対象に対する適合性の閾値レベルは、ある期間にわたり決定された閾値レベルである、睡眠モジュール、
を含むシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであり、前記適合性モジュールが、前記適合性の決定が個々の呼吸に基づき適合性を定量化する測定値の決定を含むように構成される、システム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムであり、前記適合性モジュールがさらに、前記適合性の決定が複数の呼吸についての前記測定値を平均することを含むように構成される、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであり、前記対象へ呼吸きっかけを与えるように調節される前記加圧呼吸ガス流におけるガスのガスパラメータが、圧力又は流速である、システム。
- 圧力生成装置、センサ及びプロセッサを含む、対象における覚醒から睡眠への移行を検出するためのシステムの作動方法であって、前記プロセッサが、
前記圧力生成装置によって生成される加圧呼吸ガス流内のガスのパラメータが対象へ呼吸きっかけを与えるために調節されるように前記圧力生成装置を制御する制御モジュール、
前記センサにより生成される出力シグナルに基づいて決定される前記対象の呼吸の呼吸パラメータをモニタする呼吸パラメータモジュール、
前記対象の呼吸の前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけとの適合性を決定する適合性モジュールであり、そのような決定が前記モニタされた呼吸パラメータ及び前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけに基づき、そのような決定が、前記対象の呼吸と前記呼吸きっかけとの同期性の差を定量化する適合性の測定値を決定することを含む、適合性モジュール、並びに、
前記対象が睡眠中であるかを決定する睡眠モジュールであり、そのような決定が前記対象に対する適合性の閾値レベルを超える前記適合性の測定値に基づき、前記対象に対する適合性の閾値レベルは、ある期間にわたり決定された閾値レベルである、睡眠モジュール、
を実行する、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法であり、前記適合性の決定が、個々の呼吸に基づき適合性を定量化する測定値を決定することを含む、方法。

前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる前記呼吸きっかけと前記対象の呼吸との適合性を決定する手段であり、そのような決定が、前記モニタされた呼吸パラメータ及び前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけに基づき、そのような決定が、前記対象の呼吸と前記呼吸きっかけとの同期性の差を定量化する適合性の測定値を決定することを含む、手段、並びに、
前記対象が睡眠中であるかを決定する手段であり、そのような決定が前記対象に対する適合性の閾値レベルを超える前記適合性の測定値に基づき、前記対象に対する適合性の閾値レベルは、ある期間にわたり決定された閾値レベルである、手段、
を含むシステム。 - 請求項9に記載のシステムであり、前記適合性を決定する手段が、個々の呼吸に基づき適合性を定量化する測定値を決定するように構成される、システム。
