Claims (15)
- 対象体の覚醒から睡眠への移行を検出するように構成されるシステムであり、前記システムは:
前記対象体の気道へ輸送するための加圧呼吸ガス流を生成するように構成される圧力生成装置と;
前記対象体の気道で又は気道近くでガスパラメータに関連する情報を伝達する出力シグナルを生成するように構成されるセンサと;
コンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行するように構成されるプロセッサを含み、前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールが:
前記圧力生成装置が、前記対象体へ呼吸きっかけを与えるために前記加圧呼吸ガス流のパラメータを調節するように前記圧力生成装置を制御するように構成される制御モジュールと;
前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけと、前記対象体の呼吸との適合性を決定するように構成される適合性モジュールを含み、そのような決定が前記センサにより生成される出力シグナルと前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられるきっかけに基づきなされ;及び
前記対象体が覚醒しているか睡眠中であるかを決定するように構成される睡眠モジュールを含み、そのような決定が前記適合性モジュールによりなされる適合性の決定に基づく、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムであり、前記睡眠モジュールが、適合性の閾値を超える前記適合性モジュールによりなされる適合性の決定に先立って対象体が目覚めているかどうかを決定し、及び、適合性の閾値を超える前記適合性の決定に応じて対象体が睡眠中であるかを決定するように構成される、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであり、前記適合性モジュールが、前記適合性の決定が個々の呼吸に基づき適合性を定量化する測定値の決定を含むように構成される、システム。
- 請求項3に記載のシステムであり、前記適合性モジュールがさらに、前記適合性決定が複数の呼吸についての前記測定値を平均することを含む、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムであり、前記対象体へ呼吸きっかけを与えるように調節される前記加圧呼吸ガス流のガスパラメータが、圧力又は流速である、システム。
- 対象体の覚醒から睡眠への移行を決定するための方法であり、前記方法は:
対象体の気道へ輸送するために加圧呼吸ガス流を生成して、前記加圧呼吸ガス流内のガスのパラメータが前記対象体へ呼吸きっかけを与えるために調節され;
前記対象体の呼吸の呼吸パラメータをモニタし;
前記対象体の呼吸の前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけとの適合性を決定し、そのような決定が前記モニタされた呼吸パラメータ及び前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられるきっかけに基づき、及び
前記対象体が覚醒しているか睡眠中であるかを決定し、そのような決定が前記適合性の決定に基づく、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であり、前記対象体が覚醒しているか睡眠中かを決定することが、前記対象体が、適合性の閾値レベルを超える適合性の決定に先立ち覚醒していることを決定し、及び適合性の閾値レベルを超える適合性の決定に応じて対象体が睡眠中であることを決定することを含む、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であり、前記適合性の決定が、個々の呼吸に基づき適合性を定量化する測定値を決定することを含む、方法。
- 請求項8に記載の方法であり、前記適合性の決定がさらに、複数の呼吸について測定値を平均することを含む、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であり、前記対象体への呼吸きっかけを与えるために調節される前記加圧呼吸ガス流のガスのガスパラメータが、圧力又は流速である、方法。
- 対象体の覚醒から睡眠への移行を検出するように構成されるシステムであり、前記システムが:
対象体の気道へ輸送するための加圧呼吸ガス流を生成する手段を含み、前記加圧呼吸ガス流のガスパラメータが前記対象体に呼吸きっかけを与えるように調節され、
前記対象体の呼吸の呼吸パラメータをモニタするための手段を含み;
前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられる呼吸きっかけと前記対象体の呼吸との適合性を決定する手段を含み、そのような決定が、前記モニタされた呼吸パラメータ及び前記加圧呼吸ガス流により与えられるきっかけに基づいてなされ、
前記対象体が覚醒しているか睡眠中であるかを決定する手段を含み、そのような決定が前記適合性の決定に基づく、システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであり、前記対象体が覚醒しているか睡眠中であるかを決定する手段が、適合性の閾値を超える適合性の確認に先立って前記対象体が覚醒していることを決定し、及び前記適合性の閾値を超える適合性の決定に応じて対象体が睡眠中であることを決定するように構成される、システム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムであり、前記適合性の決定の手段が、個々の呼吸に基づき適合性を定量化する測定値を決定するように構成される、システム。
- 請求項13に記載の方法であり、前記適合性の決定の手段がさらに、複数の呼吸について測定値を平均することを含む、システム。
- 請求項11に記載のシステムであり、前記対象体へ呼吸きっかけを与えるように調節される前記加圧呼吸ガス流のガスのガスパラメータが、圧力又は流速である、システム。
