Description
被験者の呼吸流量に対応する信号波形を取得する信号取得部と、
前記信号波形を微分した微分波形を取得する微分演算部と、
前記信号波形における被験者の吸気に対応する部分において前記微分波形が所定の条件を充足するとき、当該被験者に吸気フローリミテーションが発生していると判定する第1判定部とを備える。
前記第1判定部が判定した前記吸気フローリミテーションの有無と、前記第2判定部が判定した前記無呼吸低呼吸状態とに基づいて、当該無呼吸低呼吸状態の種類が閉塞性であるか中枢性であるかを判定する第3判定部とをさらに備える構成としてもよい。
前記第1判定部が判定した前記吸気フローリミテーションの有無を示す指標と、前記第2判定部が判定した前記無呼吸低呼吸状態を示す指標と、前記第3判定部が判定した前記無呼吸低呼吸状態の種類を示す指標の少なくとも1つを、前記信号波形とともに前記表示部に表示する表示制御部とをさらに備える構成としてもよい。
Claims (7)
- 被験者の呼吸流量に対応する信号波形を取得する信号取得部と、
前記信号波形を2次微分した2次微分波形を取得する微分演算部と、
前記信号波形の勾配に基づいて当該信号波形における被験者の吸気初期と吸気終期に対応する部分を特定し、当該信号波形における当該吸気初期と吸気終期に対応する部分を除く領域において前記2次微分波形の振幅が所定の閾値を下回る時間に基づいて、当該被験者に吸気フローリミテーションが発生していると判定する第1判定部とを備える、呼吸状態判定装置。 - 前記第1判定部は、前記2次微分波形の振幅が負の値をとる時間に基づいて、当該被験者に吸気フローリミテーションが発生していると判定する、請求項1に記載の呼吸状態判定装置。
- 過去の所定期間における前記信号波形の振幅の平均値に基づいて、被験者の無呼吸低呼吸状態を判定する第2判定部と、
前記第1判定部が判定した前記吸気フローリミテーションの有無と、前記第2判定部が判定した前記無呼吸低呼吸状態とに基づいて、当該無呼吸低呼吸状態の種類が閉塞性であるか中枢性であるかを判定する第3判定部とをさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の呼吸状態判定装置。 - 前記信号波形を表示する表示部と、
前記第1判定部が判定した前記吸気フローリミテーションの有無を示す指標と、前記第2判定部が判定した前記無呼吸低呼吸状態を示す指標と、前記第3判定部が判定した前記無呼吸低呼吸状態の種類を示す指標の少なくとも1つを、前記信号波形とともに前記表示部に表示する表示制御部とをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の呼吸状態判定装置。 - 被験者の呼吸圧を測定する圧力センサをさらに備え、
前記信号取得部は、前記圧力センサが出力する呼吸圧に基づいて前記信号波形を取得する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸状態判定装置。 - 前記信号取得部は、前記測定波形を平方根補正して前記信号波形を取得する、請求項5に記載の呼吸状態判定装置。
- 被験者に装着される鼻カニューラをさらに備え、
前記信号取得部は、前記鼻カニューラを通じて導入される呼吸気に基づいて前記信号波形を取得する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸状態判定装置。
