Description
内燃機関の能力の平均的な使用の増加による燃料節減
駆動装置の動特性の改良
パワー出力の削減により、内燃機関のより良い排出量クラスへの格付け
内燃機関と液圧機械とを有する、自走車両の従来の駆動列が、フライホイールに代わりに並列配置されている電気機械を具備するように改良されている。その電気機械は、電気エネルギー蓄積装置から電力制御電子装置を介して給電されて、4つの象限全てで動作することができる。
上記した装置において、ディーゼル/電気のハイブリッド機関は、速度制御で作動される。すなわち、運転者が意図した速度は、設定回転速度と解釈される。この動作モードは、自走車両の分野では確立したモードとなっている。この意図は、(作業液圧装置及び他の出力によって生じさせられる)変動負荷下でも、ディーゼル/電気のハイブリッド機関が発生するトルクを調整して、運転者が望む回転速度にできる限り早く到達することである。
従来の駆動装置とは対照的に、内燃機関(ICE)は、別のスタータ・モータによって始動されるのではなく、電気機械によって直接始動させられる。従来の駆動列の構成と異なり、ICEは非常に短い一時(<200ミリ秒)以内で始動させることができ、自動始動/停止機能の便利さをもたらすことができる。
適切な動作点で、電気機械は、モータとして作動され、駆動装置全体のトルクを増大させる。運転者が望む回転速度を維持するめに必要とされる必要トルクは、制御アルゴリズムによって計算されて、電力制御電子装置によって変換される。ここに開示する装置は、(例えば電池の充電状態、個々の構成要素の温度、その他)ような関係状態を考慮する。
電気エネルギー蓄積装置は、動作時に電気機械の発電トルクの生成によって充電することができる。この場合、生成される発電トルクは、電池の充電状態、内燃機関の能力の利用状態、及び様々な装置の状態の関数として、変化する。このトルクは、レギュレータの制御変数として重畳することもでき、また制御可能に重畳することもできる。
ここで、用語「回収」は、機械的な制動エネルギーの電気エネルギーとしての回収を意味すると解釈される一般的な用語である。
本発明による構成要素、すなわち、内燃機関(ディーゼル機関)と、コンバータを有する電気機械と、電気エネルギー蓄積装置と、運転や駆動のための液圧装置並びに駆動装置とを具備する、自走車両のハイブリッド駆動列において、それらに構成要素の中で負荷ポイントシフト機能がCO2エミッション及び燃料消費を削減するために使用される。

Claims (7)
- 乗物、特に、内燃機関及び電気機械を有する自走車両のハイブリッド駆動列にして、駆動列が液圧機械を更に具備していることを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動列。
- 前記液圧機械がアキシアルピストンポンプ(4)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動列。
- 前記液圧機械に、液圧モータ、特にアキシアルピストンモータ(9)が接続していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド駆動列。
- 前記液圧機械に、少なくとも一つの液圧作動要素、特に、作動シリンダ(6)、リフトシリンダ(7)及び/又はステアリングシリンダ(8)が、1つ以上の比例弁(5)を介して制御可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動列。
- 当該駆動列がその回転速度が制御するように動作されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動列。
- 内燃機関(1)に対する負荷ポイントシフトが調整可能であるように当該ハイブリッド駆動列が制御されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動列。
- 負荷ポイントシフトが、内燃機関の最大トルクが達成される範囲内で生じ、前記電気機械(2)がモータとして作動されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のハイブリッド駆動列。
