Claims (10)
- 特に電気機械によって、特に建設土木機械の内燃機関の回転数をダイナミックに低下させるための方法であって、
前記内燃機関の定格回転数を求めるステップと、
前記電気機械によって、特に建設土木機械の内燃機関のダイナミックな回転数低下を有効利用するステップとを含む方法。その際、前記電気機械が、低い回転数から高い回転数への前記内燃機関の加速相を補助するために必要となる。 - 前記定格回転数を求めることが特にHMIインターフェース20の評価によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 特に請求項1または2に記載の方法を適用するための車両のハイブリッドドライブトレインにおいて、内燃機関(1)と電気機械(2)を備えた移動式作業機械が使用されおよび/またはドライブトレインがさらに液圧式作業機械を備えていることを特徴とする、ハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
- 前記作業機械がアキシャルピストンポンプ(4)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。前記作業機械は前記内燃機関1または前記電気機械(2)の出力を要求する前記アキシャルピストンポンプ(4)を有する。
- 液圧モータ、特にアキシャルピストンモータ(9)が前記作業機械に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
- 少なくとも1個の液圧式制御要素、特に作動シリンダ(6)、持上げシリンダ(7)および/または操舵シリンダ(8)が、特に1個または複数の比例弁(5)を介して制御されて前記作業機械に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
- 前記ドライブトレインが回転数で制御されて運転されることを特徴とする請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
- 前記ハイブリッドドライブトレインが、前記内燃機関(1)で負荷点移動を調節できるような形で制御可能であることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
- 負荷点移動が前記内燃機関(1)の最大トルクの達成範囲内で行われることと、前記電気機械(2)がモータで運転されることを特徴とする請求項3〜8のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
- 前記電気機械(2)がマイルドハイブリッドドライブであることを特徴とする請求項3〜9のいずれか一項または複数項に記載のハイブリッドドライブトレイン。
