Description
ポリオール1:POをトリメチロールプロパンに添加することにより製造される、OH価が555のポリエーテルポリオール
ポリオール2:EOをトリメチロールプロパンに添加することにより製造される、OH価が935のポリエーテルポリオール
ポリオール3:EO/POをスクロース/ジエチレングリコール混合物に添加することにより製造される、OH価が400のポリエーテルポリオール
安定剤:Tegostab(登録商標)B8443シリコーン安定剤、GE Bayer Silicones社製
触媒1:アミン系(aminic)ゲル触媒
触媒2:Ethacure(登録商標)100、Albermarle社製
染料:Isopur(登録商標)SU−12021/9111、ISL−Chemie社製
ポリイソシアネート:Lupranat(登録商標)M20W、BASF AG社製
本発明のポリオール成分を、化学的チキソトロピー効果を付与して配合した。これを、高圧スプレーシステムを用いてイソシアネートと混合し、準備した「サンドイッチ前駆体」にスプレー塗付した。厚さが17mmの拡張可能なハニカム状の板紙の両面を、225g/m2のランダムガラスマットで覆い、約225g/m2のPU反応混合物をスプレーした。この半完成品を30秒間カートンの上に置き、スプレーした半完成品から液垂れする成分の量を観察した。液垂れはほとんど確認されなかった。塗布した反応混合物の著しい流出は半完成品では起こらなかった。
実施例1で記載した試験を繰り返した。但し、化学的チキソトロピー効果がない配合物を使用した。スプレー塗付した成分は激しい液垂れを起こした。半完成品上で著しい流出も起こった。
Claims (9)
- a)ポリイソシアネート、
b)イソシアネートと反応する少なくとも1種の化合物、
c)イソシアネートに対して反応性である少なくとも2個の基を有する少なくとも1種の反応性鎖延長剤(但し、イソシアネートに対して反応性である基の少なくとも1個は遊離の1級NH2基である。)、
d)少なくとも1種の触媒、及び
e)適宜、更なる添加剤、
を含むポリウレタンシステムを、ポリウレタンサンドイッチ部材を製造するために使用する方法。 - 反応性鎖延長剤c)がジアミンである請求項1に記載の使用方法。
- 反応性鎖延長剤c)が芳香族ジアミンである請求項2に記載の使用方法。
- 反応性鎖延長剤c)がトリレンジアミン又はトリレンジアミンの誘導体である請求項3に記載の使用方法。
- 反応性鎖延長剤c)は、イソシアネートに対して反応性である2個の基の間に、それぞれ1〜2個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも2個のアルキレン基を有し、該アルキレン基のそれぞれはヘテロ原子を介して分離していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の使用方法。
- i.コア層と少なくとも1種の強化繊維層を準備する工程、
ii.ポリウレタン反応混合物を強化繊維層に施す工程、
iii.iiからの部材を型の中に置き、ポリウレタン反応混合物を型の中で硬化させる工程、
iv.型から成型体を取り外し、適宜、下流段階での処理を受けさせる工程、
(但し、前記ポリウレタン反応混合物は、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のポリウレタンシステムの成分の混合により得られる。)
により、ポリウレタンサンドイッチ部材を製造する方法。 - コア層がハニカム状の板紙である請求項6に記載の方法。
- 強化層がガラス繊維マットである請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法により得られるポリウレタンサンドイッチ部材。
