Description
ポリオール2:アジピン酸、モノエチレングリコール及び1,4−ブタンジオールを基礎とするポリエステルオール;重量平均分子量=2000g/mol
ポリオール3:アジピン酸、モノエチレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール及びトリメチロールプロパンを基礎とするポリエステルオール;重量平均分子量=2500g/mol
触媒:モノエチレングリコール中33質量%のテトラエチレンジアミン
帯電防止剤:モノエチレングリコール中のアンモニウム塩
IMR1:内部離型剤Oleon製Radia(登録商標)7171、オレイン酸とペンタエリスリトールのエステル、推奨添加量:A成分の8〜12質量%
IMR2:内部離型剤、オレイン酸と脂肪族アミンのアミド、推奨添加量:A成分の2〜4質量%
IMR3:内部離型剤Dow corning社製Dow Corning(登録商標)1248Fluid、グリコールのグラフトにより官能化されたジメチルシロキサン、推奨添加量:A成分の1〜2質量%
IMR4:エポキシ化大豆油、推奨添加量:A成分の2〜4質量%
IMR5:BASF AG社製Hexamoll DINCH(登録商標)、ジイソノニルシクロヘキサンジカルボキシレート
Claims (6)
- 一体型ポリウレタンフォームを製造する方法であって、
a)有機ポリイソシアネートを、
b)ポリエーテルポリオール又はポリエステルポリオール、
c)発泡剤、
d)ジアルキルシクロヘキサンジカルボキシレート(但し、アルキル基はそれぞれ3〜30個の炭素原子を含む。)、及び、適宜、
e)鎖延長剤及び/又は架橋剤、
f)触媒、及び
g)他の助剤及び/又は添加剤、と混合して、反応混合物を形成し、
その反応混合物を金型に供給して反応させて一体型ポリウレタンフォームを形成することを特徴とする製造方法。 - ジアルキルシクロヘキサンジカルボキシレートとして、ジアルキル1,2−シクロヘキサンジカルボキシレートが含まれる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法により得られる一体型ポリウレタンフォーム。
- 請求項3に記載の一体型ポリウレタンフォームを、路上走行車の内装に使用する方法。
- 請求項3に記載の一体型ポリウレタンフォームを靴底として使用する方法。
- ジアルキルシクロヘキサンジカルボキシレート(但し、アルキル基はそれぞれ3〜30個の炭素原子を含む。)を一体型ポリウレタンフォームの離型剤として使用する方法。
