g)0〜10質量%、好ましくは2質量%未満の阻害剤、
h)0.01〜50質量%、好ましくは20質量%未満、更に好ましくは10質量%未満の添加剤を含み、
成分の総量が100質量%であり、添加剤h)が常磁性、超常磁性、反磁性又はフェリ磁性粒子のような磁性添加剤を含むことを特徴とするセキュリティデバイスを用いて達成できることがわかった。
−スペクトルの特定の部分を吸収することを意味する吸収剤のみ、
−スペクトルの特定の部分の光を用いた励起により、元の化学種から異なる吸収スペクトルを有する他の化学種に可逆的に変化するフォトクロミック顔料又は染料(不可逆的フォトクロミック顔料及び染料は、特定の目的のためにも存在する)、
−加熱の適用による吸収スペクトルにおける可逆的な変化を示す(すなわち、高温又は低温において)サーモクロミック顔料又は染料(不可逆的サーモクロミック顔料及び染料は、特定の目的のためにも存在する)、
−電荷を加えることにより、吸収スペクトルにおける変化を示すエレクトロクロミック顔料又は染料、
−イオン電荷を加えることにより、吸収スペクトルにおける変化を示すイオノクロミック顔料又は染料、
−pHの変化により、吸収スペクトルにおける変化を示すハロクロミック顔料又は染料、
−接触する溶媒の極性の変化により、吸収スペクトルにおける変化を示すソルバトクロミック顔料又は染料、
−適用される抵抗の結果として吸収スペクトルにおける変化を示すトリボクロミック顔料又は染料、
−適用される圧力の変化により、吸収スペクトルにおける変化を示すピエゾクロミック顔料又は染料である。
−スペクトルの特定部分において光の吸収を、スペクトルの他の部分、通常低い波長において発光を示し、個々の光子の吸収及び発光は、通常ナノ秒の遅れで続いて起こる、蛍光顔料又は染料、
−通常、吸収の後、最高で数時間から数日の大きな遅れを伴い光子を放射する量子力学崩壊メカニズムのために、蛍光染料と同じ吸収及び発光を示す蛍光発光顔料又は染料、
−顔料及び色素の化学反応の結果として光子の発光を示すケモルミネセント顔料又は染料(このような反応は、一般に不可逆である)、
−顔料又は染料中での電子及び正孔の放射再結合の結果として光子の発光を示すエレクトロルミネセント顔料又は染料(電流が顔料又は染料を通過するか、あるいは後に再結合する電子−正孔を励起し得る強電場に供される場合に、このような放射再結合が生じ得る)、
−適用される抵抗の結果として光子の発光を示すトリボルミネセント顔料又は染料、
−適用される圧力の結果として光子の発光を示すピエゾルミネンセント顔料又は染料、
−適用されるベータ粒子のようなイオン化放射の結果として光子の発光を示す放射線ルミネセント顔料又は染料である。
h2)2%の、RiskReactor(米国カリフォルニア州)のDFSB−K44−65蛍光染料により示される。
−RiskReactor(米国カリフォルニア州)の染料DFSB−K44−65を用いて、発光及び吸収の両方において等方性蛍光発光、
−染料DFSB−K61を用いて、発光及び吸収の両方において異方性蛍光発光を示す層をも得た。
Claims (14)
- 下記成分:
a)30〜80質量%の単官能性LCP’s、
b)0〜50質量%、好ましくは50質量%未満の高官能性LCP’s、
c)0〜30質量%、好ましくは20質量%未満の液晶性不活性モノマー、
d)0〜50質量%、好ましくは30質量%未満の非液晶(単又は高)官能性モノマー、
e)0〜30質量%、好ましくは20質量%未満の非液晶性不活性モノマー、
f)0.01〜10質量%、好ましくは2質量%未満の開始剤、
g)0〜10質量%、好ましくは2質量%未満の阻害剤、
h)0.01〜50質量%、好ましくは20質量%未満、更に好ましくは10質量%未満の添加剤を含むが、成分の総量が100質量%であるセキュリティデバイスであって、
添加剤h)が常磁性、超常磁性、反磁性又はフェリ磁性粒子のような磁性添加剤を含むことを特徴とするセキュリティデバイス。 - 前記添加剤h)が、導電性又は導電性添加剤を追加的に、又はそれのみを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記導電性又は導電性添加剤が、ナノメーター又はマイクロメーターサイズの棒、フレーク、球体、若しくはそうでなければ、金属、合金又は半導体を主成分とする材料の適切な形状の導電性粒子からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記導電性又は導電性添加剤が、
−ポリフェニレンビニレンのような、半導電性共役ポリマー、
−好ましくはLCP’sであるオリゴチオフェンのような、半導電性液晶からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のセキュリティデバイス。 - 前記添加剤h)が、フォトクロミック顔料又は染料、サーモクロミック顔料又は染料、エレクトロクロミック顔料又は染料、イオノクロミック顔料又は染料、ハロクロミック顔料又は染料、ソルバトクロミック顔料又は染料、トロボクロミック顔料又は染料、並びにピエゾクロミック顔料又は染料を、追加的に又はそれのみを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記成分を、インクジェット印刷、フレキソ印刷、オフセット印刷、スクリーン印刷、ミクロ接触印刷、ミクロ転写印刷、グラビア印刷、輪転グラビア印刷、オープンリール印刷のような、しかしこれらに限定されない印刷手段により、基材に塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記成分が、線状の光重合性ポリマーを含む基材層により配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記成分が、複数の配列した基材の組み合わせを介して、複数のタイプの配列により配列されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記基材が、ホログラム、逆反射層、干渉スタック反射体、蛍光層、色変化層又はフレークにより印刷された特徴のような、更なる認証機能を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記成分e)〜f)が、前記成分a)〜d)の液晶の配列を妨げないように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- a)、b)及びd)に由来する前記成分が官能化され、好ましくは所有する官能基の適合型のため、非常に好ましくは、同じタイプの官能基を有することにより、ポリマー構造を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記成分a)〜h)が、相分離が少なくとも重合前にのみ抑制されるが、好ましくは重合中も抑制されるように選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、例えば、テキスト、数字、バーコード又は映像のような情報を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティデバイス。
- 前記添加剤が、テキスト、数字、バーコード又は映像のような更なる情報、場合により隠れた情報を含むパターン形状であることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか1項記載のセキュリティデバイス。
