Claims (5)
- a)エポキシ樹脂と硬化剤とを別々にしておきながら、それらを予熱する工程と、
b)前記予熱したエポキシ樹脂と予熱した硬化剤とを混合して、最初に形成されるときに少なくとも80℃の温度を有する熱い反応混合物を形成する工程と、
c)ポリマー相が少なくとも150℃のガラス転移温度に達するまで、少なくとも1種の強化材の存在下で前記熱い反応混合物を硬化し、前記ポリマー相を有する複合材料を形成する工程と
を含み、工程b)およびc)が、前記熱い反応混合物が前記ポリマー相の瞬間Tg超で常に維持されるように行われる、複合材料を形成する方法。 - 前記強化材が繊維プリフォームであり、工程c)が、前記熱い反応混合物を密閉金型に導入し、前記熱い反応混合物を前記密閉金型内で硬化することにより行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プリフォームが、前記熱い反応混合物を導入する前に前記金型内にあり、前記プリフォームおよび前記金型が、前記熱い反応混合物を前記金型に導入する前に、少なくとも150℃に各々加熱される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記強化材が短繊維を含み、前記短繊維が、前記熱い反応混合物を前記金型に導入する前に、前記熱い反応混合物に導入される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 工程c)が、前記熱い反応混合物を樹脂浴中に導入し、連続繊維が前記熱い反応混合物で被覆されるように前記繊維を樹脂浴から引き抜き、次いで前記被覆された繊維が固まり、指定された断面形状に形成されるように前記被覆された繊維を1つまたは複数の加熱したダイスから引き抜かれ、前記熱い反応混合物が硬化して、少なくとも150℃のTgを有するポリマーを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
