Abstract
一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,该工艺包括下述步骤:1)配制预浸料;2)涂覆;3)制作产品型腔模具,在模具表面涂抹脱模计;4)碳纤维复合材料经过传送带进入加热引导机构,加热后放入型腔模具;5)将型腔模具合模后预热,同时对模具进行抽真空;6)在真空环境下进行热压成型,待冷却后脱模,得到碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型产品。本发明能有效降低孔隙率,且操作简单、成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,尤其是指一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺。
背景技术
碳纤维是由有机纤维经过一系列热处理转化而成,含碳量高于90%的无机高性能纤维,是一种力学性能优异的新材料,具有碳材料的固有本性特征,又兼备纺织纤维的柔软可加工型,是新一代增强纤维。传统使用碳纤维除用作绝热保温材料外,一般不单独使用,多作为增强材料加入到树脂、金属、陶瓷、混凝土等材料中,构成复合材料,已经广泛地被应用于航天、纺织、化工机械、体育器材、汽车制造等领域。
目前,碳纤维复合材料在生产过程中,由于各种因素,如环境中的杂质、工艺实施不完善等易造成多种缺陷,不同的缺陷对复合材料性能都有着或多或少的影响,孔隙是复合材料的主要缺陷之一,过多的孔隙可降低复合材料30%的层间剪切强度,拉伸强度下降约26%,当应用于制备产品时,无法发挥其最佳的使用性能。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,该工艺能有效降低孔隙率,且操作简单、成本低廉。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)配制预浸料:取酚醛树脂和稀释剂按质量比5:1的比例混合均匀,控制其粘度为2.0-2.5Pa·S,所述稀释剂为丙酮或工业酒精。
2)涂覆:在碳纤维材料或碳纤维织物表面均匀涂覆预浸料,形成碳纤维复合材料。
3)制作产品型腔模具,在模具表面涂抹脱模计。
4)碳纤维复合材料经过传送带进入加热引导机构,加热后放入型腔模具。
5)将型腔模具合模后预热,同时对模具进行抽真空。
6)在真空环境下进行热压成型,待冷却后脱模,得到碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型产品。
优选的,所述步骤5)中,预热温度为60-70℃,预热时间为3-5min。
优选的,所述步骤5)中,真空度为-0.1MPa。
优选的,所述步骤6)中,热压成型的温度为150-200℃,热压成型的时间为12-14小时。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明含胶量大、二次成型界面粘结强度高、固化工艺合理,加压点控制精准,能有效降低孔隙率,且操作简单、成本低廉。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明
实施例1
一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)配制预浸料:取酚醛树脂和稀释剂按质量比5:1的比例混合均匀,控制其粘度为2.0Pa·S,所述稀释剂为丙酮或工业酒精。
2)涂覆:在碳纤维材料或碳纤维织物表面均匀涂覆预浸料,形成碳纤维复合材料。
3)制作产品型腔模具,在模具表面涂抹脱模计。
4)碳纤维复合材料经过传送带进入加热引导机构,加热后放入型腔模具。
5)将型腔模具合模后预热,同时对模具进行抽真空,预热温度为℃,预热时间为3min,真空度为-0.1MPa。
6)在真空环境下进行热压成型,温度为150℃,时间为12小时,待冷却后脱模,得到碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料。
实施例2
一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)配制预浸料:取酚醛树脂和稀释剂按质量比5:1的比例混合均匀,控制其粘度为2.3Pa·S,所述稀释剂为丙酮或工业酒精。
2)涂覆:在碳纤维材料或碳纤维织物表面均匀涂覆预浸料,形成碳纤维复合材料。
3)制作产品型腔模具,在模具表面涂抹脱模计。
4)碳纤维复合材料经过传送带进入加热引导机构,加热后放入型腔模具。
5)将型腔模具合模后预热,同时对模具进行抽真空,预热温度为67℃,预热时间为4min。真空度为-0.1MPa。
6)在真空环境下进行热压成型,温度为168℃,时间为13小时,待冷却后脱模,得到碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型产品。
实施例3
一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)配制预浸料:取酚醛树脂和稀释剂按质量比5:1的比例混合均匀,控制其粘度为2.5Pa·S,所述稀释剂为丙酮或工业酒精。
2)涂覆:在碳纤维材料或碳纤维织物表面均匀涂覆预浸料,形成碳纤维复合材料。
3)制作产品型腔模具,在模具表面涂抹脱模计。
4)碳纤维复合材料经过传送带进入加热引导机构,加热后放入型腔模具。
5)将型腔模具合模后预热,同时对模具进行抽真空,预热温度为70℃,预热时间为5min。真空度为-0.1MPa。
6)在真空环境下进行热压成型,温度为200℃,时间为14小时,待冷却后脱模,得到碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型产品。

1.一种碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型工艺,其特征在于:包括下述步骤:
1)配制预浸料:取酚醛树脂和稀释剂按质量比5:1的比例混合均匀,控制其粘度为2.0-2.5Pa·S,所述稀释剂为丙酮或工业酒精;
2)涂覆:在碳纤维材料或碳纤维织物表面均匀涂覆预浸料,形成碳纤维复合材料;
3)制作产品型腔模具,在模具表面涂抹脱模计;
4)碳纤维复合材料经过传送带进入加热引导机构,加热后放入型腔模具;
5)将型腔模具合模后预热,同时对模具进行抽真空;
6)在真空环境下进行热压成型,待冷却后脱模,得到碳纤维和酚醛树脂复合材料的成型产品。
