Abstract

본 발명은 (1)기판을, 옅가소성을 지니며 부분적으로 경화된 경화성 점착부여제 수지와 유리전이온도 보다 높은 온도에서 접촉시켜 예비성형물을 형성하는 단계 및 (2)점착부여제를 용해시키거나 침착부여제와 실질적으로 동일한 매트릭스 수지를 첨가하여 점착부여제와 매트릭스를 함께 경화시켜 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 개선된 복합체 제조법에 관한 것이다. 생선된 복합체는 구조적인 적용에 유용하다.

Claims (10)

  1. (1)강화 기판을 점착부여제와 점착부여제의 유리전이 온도 보다 높은 온도에서 접촉시켜 점착부여제를 기판에 고착시킴으로써 예비 성형물을 제조하는 단계, 및 (2)하나 이상의 예비성형물을, 점착부여제와 함께 경화될 수 있는 제2의 경화성 수지 또는 수지 조성물인 매트릭스 수지와, 이들이 경화될 수 있는 조건하에서 접촉시켜, 복합체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 여기서 점착부여제는 매트릭스 수지에 가용성이거나 매트릭스 수지와 실질적으로 동일함을 특징으로 하는, 매트릭스 복합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 점착부여제가 별도의 경화제 없이 경화되는 수지인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 점착부여제가 비스말레이미드 수지인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 점착부여제가 경화성 수지 및 경화제를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수지가 에폭시 수지이고 경화제가 적합한 경화제인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 재5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비성형물중의 점착부여제의 유리전이온도가 30℃ 내지150℃인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비성형물중에서 기판에 대한 점착부여제의 비율이 1 내지 15중량%인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 차7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서. 단계(1)과 단계(2)사이에, 예비성형물들이 함께 적층되기에 충분한 압력 및 시간 동안 점착부여제의 유리전이온도 보다 높은 온도에서 둘 이상의 예비성형물을 함께 압착시키는 단계(1a)를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 재8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 수지가 점착부여제와 실질적으로 동일한 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선택된 매트릭스가 경화온도에서 20분 이내에 10PPHR이상의 점착부여제를 용해시킬 수 있는 방법.
