Abstract

Claims (20)
- グリコール、水およびアルコールを含んだ熱伝達媒体と、
熱伝達媒体の体積サージおよびポンプ吸引用の膨張タンクと、
熱伝達媒体を循環させる少なくとも1つの循環ポンプと、
前記熱伝達媒体を周囲温度近くまで加温する少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータと、
少なくとも1つのタービン発電機から廃熱を回収する少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットと、
LNGを天然ガスに気化する少なくとも1つのシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器とを備える、液化天然ガス(LNG)を気化するシステム。 - 前記熱伝達媒体は、エチレン・グリコールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、メタノール/エタノールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は約−40°Fより低い凝固温度を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体の動作温度は、およそ−20°Fである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張タンクは、圧力約10psig、温度約−30°F〜150°Fにおける前記熱伝達媒体の体積膨張に対応する炭素鋼からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記膨張タンクは、雰囲気ガスでガスシールされ、注入口/排気口、自動/手動充填ノズル、レベル表示/制御デバイス、および断熱材なしの人用保護ガードを備える、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの循環ポンプは、容量が大きく揚程が低いポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの循環ポンプは、前記熱伝達媒体を前記膨張タンクから少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータへ循環させる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータによって、およそ周囲温度まで加温され、前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータは、周囲空気を使用するフィン・ファン式熱交換器である、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体はさらに、前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータから少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットへ循環され、前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットはさらに、前記熱伝達媒体を加温する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータによって、約50%〜約100%加温される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットによって、約0%〜約50%加温される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットは、少なくとも1つの廃熱源から廃熱を回収する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットから少なくとも1つのシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器のシェル側へ循環され、前記LNGは、ポンプで、天然ガスに気化する前記少なくとも1つのシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器のチューブ側に送られる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- グリコール、水およびアルコールを含んだ熱伝達媒体を、膨張タンクから少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータへ循環させるステップと、
前記熱伝達媒体を、前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータを使用しておよそ周囲温度まで加温するステップと、
前記熱伝達媒体を前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータから少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットへ循環させ、前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットが、少なくとも1つの廃熱源から廃熱を回収するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットを使用して前記熱伝達媒体を加温するステップと、
前記熱伝達媒体を、前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットから少なくとも1つのシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器のシェル側へ循環させるステップと、
LNGをポンプで貯蔵タンクから前記少なくとも1つのシェルアンドチューブ式熱交換器のチューブ側に送り、前記LNGを天然ガスに気化するステップと、
前記熱伝達媒体を循環させて、体積サージ用の膨張タンクに戻す、液化天然ガス(LNG)を気化する方法。 - 前記熱伝達媒体は、メタノール/エタノールを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、約−40°Fより低い凝固温度になるように混合される、請求項16に記載の方法
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、前記少なくとも1つのエア・ヒータによって、約50%〜約100%加温される、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記熱伝達媒体は、前記少なくとも1つの熱回収ユニットによって、約0%〜約50%加温される、請求項16に記載の方法。
