Claims (5)
- ３．０よりも大きく、４．０までである平均官能性(average functionality)を有するアミン開始ポリオール(amine-initiated polyol)であって、前記ポリオールが少なくとも１つのＣ２−Ｃ４アルキレンオキシドと、アミノシクロヘキサンアルキルアミン開始剤化合物との反応生成物である、アミン開始ポリオール。
- ３．３〜４．０の官能性及び７５〜５６０のヒドロキシル当量重量(equivalent weight)を有する、請求項１に記載のアミン開始ポリオール。
- 前記開始剤化合物が、下記の構造、
のいずれかによって表される、請求項２に記載のアミン開始ポリオール。 - ３．７〜４．０の官能性及び１００〜１３０のヒドロキシル当量重量を有する、請求項３に記載のアミン開始ポリオール。
- ａ）少なくとも、下記１）〜３）を含有する反応性混合物を形成すること；及び
１）請求項２〜４のいずれかに記載されるアミン開始ポリオール、又は、請求項２〜４のいずれかに記載されるアミン開始ポリオールと、少なくとも１つの他のポリオールとの混合物（ただし、そのような混合物は少なくとも５重量％の請求項２〜４のいずれかに記載されるアミン開始ポリオールを含有する）；
２）炭化水素、ヒドロフルオロカーボン、ヒドロクロロフルオロカーボン、フルオロカーボン、ジアルキルエーテル又はフッ素置換ジアルキルエーテルの少なくとも１つの物理的発泡剤(physical blowing agent)；及び
３）少なくとも１つのポリイソシアナート
ｂ）前記反応性混合物を、前記反応性混合物が膨張及び硬化して、硬質ポリウレタンフォームを形成するような条件に供すること
を含む、硬質ポリウレタンフォームを調製するための方法。
