Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir espumas de poliuretano flexibles, viscoelásticas que tienen un valor de flujo de aire de al menos 1 dm3/s, que consisten en (a) poliisocianato mezclado con (b) compuestos poliméricos que tienen grupos reactivos con isocianato, (c) como una opción agentes prolongadores de cadena y/o reticuladores, (d) como una opción compuestos que tienen un grupo reactivo con isocianato con un índice de hidroxilo de 100 hasta 500 mg de KOH/g, (e) catalizador, (f) agentes de soplado, y también como opción (g) la adición de agentes para formar una mezcla de reacción y convertirla en espuma de poliuretano flexible, en donde los compuestos poliméricos que tienen grupos reactivos con isocianato (b) contienen (b1) de 10 a 40% en peso de al menos un óxido de polialquileno que tiene un índice de hidroxilo de 90 hasta 300 mg de KOH/g, con base en una molécula iniciadora de 3 a 6-funcional y una fracción de óxido de propileno, con base en el contenido de óxido de alquileno, desde 80 hasta 100% en peso, (b2) 5 a 20% en peso de al menos un óxido de polialquileno que tenga un índice de hidroxilo de 10 a 60 mg KOH/g, con base en una molécula iniciadora de 2 a 4-funcional y una fracción de óxido de propileno, con base en el contenido de óxido de alquileno de 80 a 100% en peso, (b3) 10 a 50% en peso de al menos un óxido de polialquileno que tenga un índice de hidroxilo de 10 a 55 mg KOH/g, con base en una molécula iniciadora 2 a 4-funcional y una fracción de óxido de etileno, con base en el contenido de óxido de alquileno, de 70 a 100% en peso, y (b4) 0 a 20% en peso de al menos un óxido de polialquileno que tenga un índice de hidroxilo de 50 a 200 mg KOH/g, con base en una molécula iniciadora 2-funcional y una fracción de óxido de etileno, con base en el contenido de óxido de etileno, de 80 a 100% en peso, y en donde la fracción de los compuestos b1) a b4), con base en el peso total de los compuestos poliméricos que tienen grupos reactivos con isocianato (b) es al menos 80% en peso. La presente invención además se refiere a una espuma de poliuretano viscoelástica que tiene un valor de flujo de aire de al menos 1 dm3/s, la cual puede obtenerse por un proceso como este, y al uso de tal espuma de poliuretano para colchones y cojines.
