Claims (11)
- 液状金属を注ぐための漏斗形状の流し込み領域(7)を備えた金型であって、
液状金属と接触している熱面は、金型壁(2,3,4,5)と、熱面上にコーティングとを備えた金型において、
漏斗形状の流し込み領域(7)から横の平行領域(11)への移行領域(10)のコーティング(12)の厚さは、流し込み領域(7)及び平行領域(11)での厚さより薄いことを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1に記載の金型において、
水平方向で、流し込み領域(7)から横の平行領域(11)への移行領域(10)でのコーティング(12)は、流し込み領域(7)及び平行領域(11)での厚さの50%から80%の厚さを備えていることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1、又は、請求項2に記載の金型において、
垂直方向で、下部金型領域のコーティングの暑さは、上部流し込み領域(7)のコーティングの厚さの40%から80%までの厚さに減少することを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)の厚さは、流し込み面領域で、2から30μmの厚さ断面を備えていることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)の厚さは、様々な特性を備えた少なくとも2つのコーティング層からなることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)は、セラミックの材料/化合物、又は、セラミックの材料/化合物の組み合わせ、又は、特に、酸化チタン、又は、窒化クロム、又は、窒化ジルコンのようなセラミックの溶射添加した材料からなることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)は、ニッケルのような硬磁性材料、又は、ニッケル、クロムのような様々な硬磁性材料からなることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)は、窒化チタン、又は、窒化クロム、又は、窒化ジルコンからなることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)は、ワイヤフレーム溶射、又は、粉末フレーム溶射のようなフレーム溶射方法の手段で行われることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)は、気体安定化、又は、水安定化プラズマ溶射方法の手段で行われることを特徴とする金型。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の金型において、
コーティング(12)は、高速フレーム溶射の手段で行われることを特徴とする金型。
