Abstract
Description
技術的解決方法
本発明の一形態によれば、熱可塑性樹脂30〜60重量%と、高さ対長さの比(長さ/高さ)が7,000〜40,000である熱伝導性充填材10重量%以上、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000である熱伝導性充填材10重量%以上を含む熱伝導性充填材40〜70重量%とを含む熱伝導性樹脂組成物が提供される。
以下、下記の実施例を参照して、本発明の構成及び作用をより詳細に説明する。ただし、これらの実施例は、例示のために示されたものであり、本発明の範囲を限定するものと解釈されるわけではない。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 30重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 40重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 30重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 35重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 30重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 35重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 40重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 10重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 50重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 40重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 30重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 30重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 50重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 40重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 10重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 25重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 45重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 30重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 40重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 40重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 40重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 60重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
熱可塑性樹脂としてのポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂(Chevron−Phillips Chemical Company LLC;Ryton(登録商標) PPS) 65重量%と、熱伝導性充填材としての高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000であるグラファイト 25重量%、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000であるグラファイト 10重量%とを混合して熱伝導性樹脂組成物を製造した。さらに、このような熱伝導性樹脂組成物を押し出し及び射出し、各種物性を測定するための試片を製造した。
Claims (6)
- 熱可塑性樹脂30〜60重量%と、
高さ対長さの比(長さ/高さ)が7,000〜40,000である熱伝導性充填材10重量%以上、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000である熱伝導性充填材10重量%以上を含む熱伝導性充填材40〜70重量%と、
を含む熱伝導性樹脂組成物。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合体樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、液晶ポリマー樹脂、ポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂またはポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂を含む、請求項1に記載の熱伝導性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱伝導性充填材は、アルミニウムナイトライド、ボロンナイトライド、カーボンブラック、グラファイトまたは金属系充填材を含む、請求項1に記載の熱伝導性樹脂組成物。
- 前記熱伝導性充填材の体積は、熱伝導性樹脂組成物の全体積の60%以下である、請求項1に記載の熱伝導性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱伝導性樹脂組成物を用いて製造されるプラスチック製品。
- 熱可塑性樹脂基材と、
前記熱可塑性樹脂基材内に分散されており、高さ対長さの比が7,000〜40,000である熱伝導性充填材、及び高さ対長さの比が10〜1,000である熱伝導性充填材を含む熱伝導性充填材と、
を含むプラスチック製品。
