Description
Claims (10)
- (a)キシレン含有量が3%を超え、71℃(160°F)〜216℃(420°F)の範囲で沸騰するナフサ流(16)を得る工程と、
(b)該ナフサ流の少なくとも一部を、トランスアルキル化ゾーン(18)内でトランスアルキル化条件下で少なくともトランスアルキル化触媒と接触させて液体炭化水素系トランスアルキル化流出物(19)及び水素を含んでなるガス流を生成する工程であって、該トランスアルキル化条件は、該トランスアルキル化流出物が実質的に非芳香族化合物共沸物を含有しないキシレンを含みかつ該トランスアルキル化触媒と接触させる前の該ナフサ流(16)のキシレン含有量よりも高いキシレン含有量を有するように選択される工程と、
(c)該トランスアルキル化ゾーン(18)後に、キシレンを回収して少なくとも90重量%のキシレン含有量を有するキシレン製品を得る工程と
を含んでなるキシレンの製造方法。 - 少なくとも80%の環状成分含有量を有するナフサ流(16)を得、該ナフサ流(16)が10%〜40%のナフテン含有量をさらに有すると共に15%未満のパラフィン含有量を有し、かつ、該ナフサ流(16)がC7、C8及びC9芳香族成分を含む中間留分ナフサを主に含み、該中間留分流が該ナフサ流の該C8芳香族成分を実質的にすべて含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- キシレン製品(36)が98%を超える全キシレン含有量を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- トランスアルキル化ゾーン(18)からの製品流(22)をベンゼンストリッパー(23)及びトルエンストリッパー(26)に誘導してストリップされたベンゼン製品流(24)及びストリップされたトルエン製品流(27)を得る工程をさらに含み、ストリップされた製品流の一方又は両方の一部を該トランスアルキル化ゾーン(18)に再循環させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭化水素系供給流(13)を主分留ゾーン(14)に送る工程をさらに含んでなり、該主分留ゾーン(14)からの該供給流(13)を少なくともナフサ流(16)に分離した後、トランスアルキル化触媒と接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 主分留ゾーン(14)内の供給流(13)を、91℃(195°F)未満で沸騰する軽質炭化水素流を主に含んでなる第1の留分(15)と、193℃(380°F)を超える温度で沸騰する超低硫黄ディーゼル流を主に含んでなる第3の留分(17)とに分離する工程をさらに含み、ナフサ流(16)が第2の留分である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ナフサ流(16)の少なくとも一部を改質ゾーン(18)内で改質条件下で改質触媒と接触させて水素及び芳香族化合物を含んでなる改質ゾーン流出物を生成した後、トランスアルキル化ゾーン(18)に送る工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 改質条件が700kPa(100psig)〜3.5MPa(500psig)の圧力、300℃(572°F)〜565℃(1049°F)の温度、及び0.2〜20hr−lの液空間速度を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- トランスアルキル化条件が、200℃(392°F)〜540℃(1004°F)の温度、700kPa(100psig)〜6MPa(870psig)の圧力、及び0.1〜20hr−1の液空間速度を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 主分留ゾーン(14)の上流においてC9+炭化水素(1)を含んでなる炭化水素系流を水素化分解ゾーン(4)内で水素化分解条件下で水素化分解触媒と接触させてキシレンを含んでなる水素化分解ゾーン流出物(5)を生成し、該流出物(5)の一部を該主分留ゾーン(14)に送る工程をさらに含んでなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
