Claims (10)
- 単一の光受信器アセンブリであって、
入力光信号軸を規定する第1水平面と、
入力光信号を捕らえるように配置され、前記単一光受信器アセンブリの垂直壁部に成形されたコリメーティングレンズと、
前記コリメーティングレンズを越えたところに配置され、入力光信号を前記入力信号軸から離れる方向の下方に方向転換させるための傾斜壁面と、
前記方向転換された光信号を捕らえるように配置されて、この光信号を再収束させる収束レンズと、
前記収束レンズの焦点に配置された感光デバイスとを備えることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記受信器アセンブリが透明物質からなることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項2に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記透明物質が熱可塑性ポリイミド樹脂であることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項2に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記コリメーティングおよび前記集束レンズが前記アセンブリ内の一体構成要素として成形されるように、前記受信器アセンブリが成形可能な透明物質からなることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記第1水平面が、前記コリメーティングレンズと一直線に並べて光ファイバを支持するためのV字型溝を有することを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項5に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記V字型溝が、光ファイバの裸端部を支持するための内側の浅い部分と、光ファイバの被覆部を支持するための外側のより深い部分とを含むことを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項1に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記傾斜壁が約45°の角度に向けられ、平行にされた光信号を前記感光デバイスに向けて下方に方向転換することを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 複数の別個の感光デバイスとともに使用される単一光受信器アセンブリであって、
N個のコリメーティングレンズを備え、各レンズが別々の入力光信号を捕らえるように配置され、前記N個のコリメーティングレンズが前記単一光受信器アセンブリの単一の垂直壁部内に成形されており、
前記単一光受信器アセンブリは、さらに、
前記N個のコリメーティングレンズを越えたところに配置され、前記別々の入力光信号を前記入力信号軸から離れる方向の下方に方向転換させるための傾斜壁面と、
前記N個の方向転換された光信号の1個ずつを捕らえるように配置されて、捕らえた光信号を再収束させるN個の収束レンズと、
前記N個の収束レンズの焦点にそれぞれ配置されたN個の感光デバイスとを備えることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項8に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記アセンブリの水平面に沿って配置されたN個のV字型溝をさらに備え、各V字型溝が、前記N個のコリメーティングレンズの1個ずつと一直線に受動的に配列されるように形成されていることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。 - 請求項8に記載の単一光受信器アセンブリにおいて、
前記アセンブリの水平面に沿って配置され、異なる波長で作動する複数の異なる信号を搬送する光ファイバを支持するための単一のV字型溝と、
前記V字型溝と前記N個のコリメーティングレンズの間に配置され、異なる波長で作動する信号を、前記N個のコリメーティングレンズの異なるそれぞれに向ける光学プリズムとを備えることを特徴とする単一光受信器アセンブリ。
