Claims (9)
- 内周に第1雌ネジ(40)を有する締結具(100)と、
前記第1雌ネジ(40)に結合する第2雄ネジ(70)を有し、前記締結具内に押し込まれる棒鋼(50)とを備え、
前記第1雌ネジ(40)および第2雄ネジ(70)はそれぞれのネジ山の頂が切り出された状態で形成されることにより、
前記棒鋼(50)が締結具(100)に強く結合するとき、前記第1雌ネジ(40)と前記第2雄ネジ(70)の隣接したネジ山の頂(512)とネジ谷の底(514)とは互いに接せず、前記第1雌ネジ(40)と前記第2雄ネジ(70)のネジ山とネジ谷の両側の傾斜面(516)は互いに強く密着することを特徴とする、棒鋼締結構造。 - 全体的に円筒状で、内周に第1雌ネジ(40)が設けられ、中央から両端に向かって外径が減少するように傾いており、その外周の傾斜部分には第1雄ネジ(160)が設けられ、両端には長手方向に多数のスリット(150)が設けられた締結具(100)と、
前記第1雄ネジ(160)にそれぞれ締結される2つのナット(110)と、前記第1雌ネジ(40)に締結される第2雄ネジ(70)が外周に設けられた棒鋼(50)とを含んでなる棒鋼締結構造において、
前記棒鋼(50)の第2雄ネジ(70)の周りは、前記締結具(100)の内周に設けられた第1雌ネジ(40)の周りに完全密着しないように、前記第1雌ネジの周りより小さく、
前記第1雌ネジ(40)および前記第2雄ネジ(70)はそれぞれのネジ山の頂が切り出された状態で形成されることにより、
前記棒鋼(50)を前記締結具(100)内に押し込んだ後、前記ナット(110)を前記締結具(100)の外周の第1雄ネジ(160)に締結することにより、前記スリット(150)が狭くなりながら前記棒鋼(50)が前記締結具(100)に強く結合するとき、前記雌ネジと前記雄ネジの隣接したネジ山の頂とネジ谷の底とは互いに接せず、前記雌ネジと前記雄ネジのネジ山とネジ谷の両側の傾斜面は互いに強く密着することを特徴とする、棒鋼締結構造。 - 前記スリット(150)は、放射状に4個以上が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の棒鋼締結構造。
- 前記スリット(150)は、前記締結具(100)の両端に互いにずれるように位置し、前記締結具(100)の両端から中央を通り過ぎて設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の棒鋼締結構造。
- 前記棒鋼(50)の端部(71)に位置したネジ山の一部をネジ谷の深さまで無くし、残ったネジ山のうち、端部ネジ山(72)には第1端面(74)が設けられ、前記締結具(100)の内部の中央部分にはネジ谷を有しない充填部(42)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の棒鋼締結構造。
- 内周に一定の間隔で長手方向に対して直角な第1凹部(222)および第1凸部(224)を有する締結具(100)と、
前記第1凹部(222)および前記第1凸部(224)に嵌合される、長手方向に対して直角な第2凹部(226)および第2凸部(228)を有し、前記締結具(100)内に押し込まれる棒鋼(50)とを含んでなり、
前記締結具(100)の第1凸部(224)の高さは前記棒鋼(50)の第1凹部(222)の深さよりさらに高くなく、前記締結具(100)の第1凹部(222)の深さは前記棒鋼(50)の第2凸部(228)の高さよりさらに深いため、前記締結具(100)と前記棒鋼(50)とが結合するとき、前記締結具(100)と前記棒鋼(50)の凹んだ部分と突出した部分の頂点が互いに接せず、凸凹な部分の両側の傾斜面が互いに強く密着することを特徴とする、棒鋼締結構造。 - 長手方向に多数個に分離されており、これを合わせると全体的に円筒状をし、中央から両端に向かって外径が減少するように傾いており、その外周には第1雄ネジ(160)が設けられ、内周には一定の間隔で長手方向に直角な第1凹部(222)および第1凸部(224)が設けられる締結具(100)と、
前記第1雄ネジ(160)にそれぞれ締結される2つのナット(110)と、
前記第1凹部(222)および前記第1凸部(224)に嵌合される、第2凹部(226)および第2凸部(228)が長手方向に対して直角に外周に設けられた棒鋼(50)と、
を含んでなる棒鋼締結構造において、
前記分離された締結具(100)を2つの棒鋼(50)の間に位置させ、前記締結具(100)の両端の傾斜部分でナット(110)をそれぞれの前記第1雄ネジ(160)に締結することにより、分離された締結具(100)が互いに近接しながら、前記締結具(100)の内周の直径も狭くなり、前記締結具(100)の第1凸部(224)の高さは前記棒鋼(50)の第1凹部(222)の深さよりさらに高くなく、前記締結具(100)の第1凹部(222)の深さは前記棒鋼(50)の第2凸部(228)の高さよりさらに深いため、前記締結具(100)と前記棒鋼(50)とが結合するとき、前記締結具(100)と前記棒鋼(50)の凹な部分と凸な部分の頂点が互いに接せず、凸凹な部分の両側の傾斜面が互いに強く密着することを特徴とする、棒鋼締結構造。 - 前記分離されたそれぞれの締結具(100)の内周から内方に突出した突部(135)を含んでなり、2つの前記棒鋼(50)が前記締結具(100)に結合するとき、前記棒鋼(50)の位置が前記締結具(100)の中心部をそれ以上通過しないように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の棒鋼締結構造。
- 前記締結具(100)の中央には、のぞき窓(35)が設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の棒鋼締結構造。
