Claims (7)
- Ti、Mg、Al、Cl、及び場合によってはORI基(式中、RIは、0.5より低いORI/Tiのモル比を与えるような量以下の、場合によってはヘテロ原子を含むC1〜C20炭化水素基である)を含み、チタン原子の実質的に全部が4の原子価状態であり、水銀法によって測定した1μm以下の半径を有する孔による多孔度(PF)が少なくとも0.4cm3/gであり、Cl/Tiのモル比が28より低く、Alの量がTiの量より少ないことを特徴とする、オレフィン重合用の触媒成分。
- 0.5より高い「LA」ファクター(ここで、「LA」ファクターは、固体触媒成分中に存在するアニオンの全モル当量に応じて化合しなかった固体触媒成分中に存在するカチオンの全モル当量に応じて化合するためには不足しているアニオン種のモル当量(ここで、アニオン及びカチオンのモル当量は全てTiのモル量に関するものである)である)を有することを更に特徴とする、請求項1に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 式:AlClL2(式中、Lは、独立して、請求項1に定義したORI基、又は塩素であってよい)のアルミニウム化合物からなる群から選択される塩化アルミニウムを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の固体触媒成分。
- 化合物:MgCl2・mRIIOH・tH2O(式中、0.3≦m≦1.7であり、tは0.01〜0.6であり、RIIは、1〜12個の炭素原子を有するアルキル、シクロアルキル、又はアリール基である)を、式:Ti(ORI)nXy−n(式中、nは0〜0.5の範囲であり、yはチタンの原子価であり、Xはハロゲンであり、RIは請求項1に定義した通りである)のチタン化合物と、式:AlL3(式中、Lは、独立して、ORI基(式中、RIはC1〜C20炭化水素基である)、又はハロゲンであってよい)のアルミニウム化合物の存在下において反応させる工程(a)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の触媒成分の製造方法。
- 工程(a)から回収される固体生成物を、50℃より高い温度で行う熱処理にかける第2工程(b)を更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 工程(a)又は(b)の後に得られる該固体触媒成分を、エーテル、ケトン、エステル、及びケイ素化合物の中から選択される電子ドナー化合物と接触させることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の固体触媒成分とアルキルアルミニウム化合物との反応の生成物を含む触媒系の存在下で行う、オレフィンの重合方法。
