Claims (13)
- 吸気孔(3)を有するクランクケース(2)と、
クランクケース(2)に接続され、内部に設けられたピストン(5)と共に、燃焼チャンバ(6)を画定する少なくとも一つのシリンダ(4)と
を有し、
前記シリンダ(4)が、吸気ダクト(8)を介して、内部に空気、潤滑オイル及びもしあれば燃料の混合物が収容されたクランクケース(2)に連通する少なくとも一つの吸気孔(7)を備えている
2ストローク内燃エンジンにおいて、
前記吸気ダクト(8)が、セパレータ(10)を介してクランクケース(2)に接続され、
前記セパレータ(10)が、クランクケース(2)からくる空気からオイル及びもしあれば燃料を除去し、
前記セパレータ(10)が遠心分離式チャンバ(11)を有し、この遠心分離式チャンバ(11)内で、潤滑オイル及びもしあれば燃料が、円運動中に、円周壁(12)に向けて外側に押し出され、それにより、実質的に清浄された空気が、前記円運動に関して径方向内側にある出口であるチャンバ出口(13)を介して前記吸気ダクト(8)を通過し、吸気孔(7)を介して燃焼チャンバ(6)に供給される
ことを特徴とする2ストローク内燃エンジン。 - セパレータ(10)の遠心分離式チャンバ(11)が、前記円運動に関して軸線方向の第一端部(14)を有し、この第一端部(14)が吸気ダクト(15)によってクランクケース(2)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 吸気ダクト(15)が、遠心分離式チャンバ(11)に対して実質的に接線方向で接続され、その結果、チャンバの中に流れ込む空気、潤滑オイル及びもしあれば燃料の混合物が、このチャンバ(11)内で、チャンバ(11)の円周壁(12)に沿った円運動におかれるようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 吸気ダクト(15)が、遠心分離式チャンバ(11)に対して実質的に軸線方向に接続され、前記遠心分離式チャンバ(11)の第一端部(14)に攪拌器(16)が配置され、その結果、チャンバ(11)の中に流れ込む空気、潤滑オイル及びもしあれば燃料の混合物が、チャンバ(11)の円周壁(12)に沿った円運動におかれるようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 吸気ダクト(15)が、前記潤滑オイルを重力によって、クランクケース(2)に排出するように設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2〜4の何れか一項に記載の内燃エンジン。 - セパレータ(10)の遠心分離式チャンバ(11)が、前記円運動に関して、軸線方向の第二端部(17)を有し、
この第二端部(17)に、径方向内側のチャンバ出口(13)が形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の内燃エンジン。 - カラー(18)が、前記第二端部(17)からチャンバ(11)の内部にのび、
前記カラー(18)が、前記径方向内側のチャンバ出口(13)を囲む
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 前記第二端部(17)が、前記円運動に関して、径方向外側のチャンバ出口(19)を有し、
前記チャンバ出口(19)が、吸引ダクト(20)によって、シリンダ(4)における吸引ポート(21)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 前記吸引ダクト(20)が、実質的に接線方向で、遠心分離式チャンバ(11)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 吸気孔(7)が、シリンダ(4)における吸引ポート(21)の両側に形成され、
前記吸気孔(7)が、吸気ダクト(8)によって、少なくとも一つのセパレータ(10)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 前記吸気ダクト(8)が、セパレータ(10)に各々接続され、
セパレータ(10)が、それ自身の吸引ダクト(20)によって、同一の吸引ポート(21)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 前記第二端部(17)が、前記円運動に関して、径方向外側のチャンバ出口(19)を有し、
前記チャンバ出口(19)が、リターンダクト(30)によって、クランクケース(2)に接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の内燃エンジン。 - 前記リターンダクト(30)が開口(32)を有し、
この開口(32)が、クランクケース(2)における、クランク機構(23)の偏心部分(33;34)に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の内燃エンジン。
