Abstract
Description
a)押出し機において、ダイを通して溶融プラスチックパリソンが押出されるステップと、
b)パリソンの長さ方向に少なくとも1つの切れ目が形成されるステップと、
c)パリソンが2つのキャビティを含む金型に導入されるステップと、
d)パリソンを金型キャビティに適合させることにより中空体が成形されるステップと、を含み、
前記ダイが、排出時に実質的に平らになるようパリソンの形状が徐々に変形される溶融プラスチック用の流路を備えている。
・ブロー成形(すなわち、切断されたパリソンを膨張させ、加圧流体を用いて金型キャビティに対して押圧することによる)(その内容が参照によりこの目的について本出願に援用される特許文献1に記載されているとおり);
・パリソンの熱成形(すなわち、例えば、前記キャビティの後ろで吸引を(減圧を形成)を提供することによりパリソンを金型キャビティに対して押圧する)。

Claims (9)
- a)押出し機において、ダイを通して溶融プラスチックパリソンが押出されるステップと、
b)パリソンの長さ方向に少なくとも1つの切れ目が形成されるステップと、
c)前記パリソンが2つのキャビティを含む金型に導入されるステップと、
d)前記パリソンを金型キャビティに適合させることにより中空体が成形されるステップと
を含み、
前記ダイが、排出時に実質的に平らになるよう前記パリソンの形状が徐々に変形される溶融プラスチック用の流路を備えていることを特徴とするプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。 - 前記パリソンの厚さがダイに組み込まれた装置を用いて制御されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。
- 前記パリソンの長さ方向の切断がダイにおいて実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。
- 前記長さ方向の切断が分流器を用いて実施され、該分流器は前記ダイ出口まで延在し且つ好適な形状および位置を備えて、前記ダイを通る流路の形状と共に前記パリソンの2枚の実質的に平坦なシートへの変換に寄与していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載プラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。
- 前記中空体を成形する前に、少なくとも1つの付属品が前記パリソン内の内面上に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。
- 前記金型キャビティがダイの下方に配置され;前記パリソンが前記金型のキャビティの間で連続的に押出され、次いで、前記パリソンが横方向に切断され、成形される直前に閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。
- (前記金型キャビティの間で重力によりぶら下がっている)前記パリソンの下端が好適な装置によりガイドされると共に、平らにされることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプラスチック中空体を製造するための方法を実施するためのものであると共に、円筒状の材料流(またはパリソン)を送出する押出し機のヘッドに装着されることが意図されるダイであって、
該ダイはマントルおよびコアにより区切られている前記流れのための流路を有し、該流路は入口(すなわち円筒状の流れがダイに進入する側)では環状の断面を有すると共に出口(すなわち溶融プラスチックの流れがダイを出る側)で平坦な断面を有するダイにおいて、
径方向に対向した様式で、流路に、パリソンを2本の対向した母線に沿って2つのパーツに分離するよう配置された2つの分流器を有することを特徴とするダイ。 - 前記パリソンの厚さを制御する装置および/または前記パリソンを横方向に切断する装置を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のダイ。
