Description
a)2つの溶融プラスチックシートが、少なくとも1つの溶融プラスチック流の押出し成形によって製造され、かつ横に切断される
b)金型キャビティの間にこれらのシートが導入される
c)金型が閉じられ、2枚のシートを金型キャビティに一致させることによって中空体が製造される
d)このようにして得られた中空体を金型から取り外す
e)2枚の新しいシートから別の中空体を製造するためにa)〜d)の全ての操作が繰り返される
横の切断操作の前、間、または後で、シート下部の局所的な冷却が可能である特定の装置を用いて2枚の新しいシートの下部が冷却されることを特徴とする。
−ブロー成形、すなわち切断されたパリソンを拡大し、加圧流体を用いて金型キャビティに対して押し付ける(参照することにより本願に内容が組み込まれている特許文献1に記載されているように)。
−パリソンの熱成形、すなわち例えばキャビティの後ろから吸引する(真空を作る)ことにより金型キャビティに対して押し付ける。
これら図において、同じ符号は、同じ部品を示す。

Claims (10)
- 溶融プラスチックの2枚のシートを2つのキャビティを備える金型で成形することによってプラスチック中空体を製造する方法であって、
a)溶融プラスチックの少なくとも1つの流れを押出して、2枚の溶融プラスチックシートが製造されるステップと、
b)前記金型キャビティの間にこれらのシートが導入されるステップと、
c)前記金型が閉じられ、前記金型が閉じている間に前記2枚のシートを横に切断し、かつ前記2枚のシートを前記金型キャビティに合わせることによって前記中空体が製造されるステップと、
d)このように得られた前記中空体を前記金型から取り除くステップと、
e)2枚の新しいシートから別の中空体を製造するためにa)〜d)の全ての操作を繰り返すステップと、
を備え、
前記横の切断操作の前、最中、または後で、前記シートの下部を局部冷却することが可能な特定の冷却装置を用いて前記2枚の新しいシートの下部が冷却されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 厚さが可変のパリソンを縦に切断することによって前記シートが得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記横の切断操作が刃を用いて実行され、該刃は、実質的に水平な先端に仕上がる切断面を有し、1枚のシートにつき2枚の刃で作られ、前記シートの幅と実質的に等しい幅を有し、かつ前記切断面の先端が実質的に前記溶融プラスチックの流れの中心で合致するような大きさ、位置および動きを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 表面調整を有する前記冷却装置の直接接触によって前記冷却が実行されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却装置が、前記横の切断操作を実行する刃に堅固に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却装置は、駆動部によって移動し、前記冷却装置の動きおよび横の切断操作を実行する刃の動きは、異なる駆動部によって制御されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却装置が、1枚のシートにつき2つの棒を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記棒が、回転または溶融プラスチックの流れに従う直線移動のいずれかによって移動することができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却が前記切断後に実行され、かつ前記冷却装置が、新しいシートを冷却しながら、かつ該シートの動きに従いながら、前記新しいシートの下縁部を締め付けるために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 溶融プラスチックの2枚のシートを成形することによりプラスチック中空体を製造する装置であって、該装置は、2つのキャビティを有する金型を備え、かつ
2つの移動可能な刃および移動可能な2つの冷却棒をさらに備え、前記刃および前記冷却棒はそれぞれ、溶融プラスチックの流れを横に切断することに適した形状、および前記横の切断操作の前、最中、または後に前記シートの下部を冷却することに適した形状を有している、装置。
