Abstract
1. Способ изготовления пластиковой полой детали путем формования двух листов расплавленного пластика в форме, содержащей две полости, содержащий следующие этапы:a) два расплавленных пластиковых листа изготавливают путем экструзии по меньшей мере одного потока расплавленного пластика и его поперечного разрезания;b) эти листы вводят между полостями формы;c) форму закрывают, и полую деталь изготавливают так, что два листа соответствуют полостям формы;d) полую деталь, полученную таким образом, удаляют из формы;e) все операции a)-d) повторяют для изготовления другой полой детали из двух новых листов,отличающийся тем, что перед, во время и после операции поперечного разрезания нижний участок двух новых листов охлаждают с использованием конкретного устройство охлаждения, которое обеспечивает локальное охлаждение листов на упомянутом нижнем участке.2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что листы получают путем продольного разрезания заготовки, имеющей переменную толщину.3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, чтооперацию поперечного разрезания выполняют с использованием лезвий, которые имеют режущую поверхность, заканчивающуюся по существу горизонтальной кромкой, при этом используют два лезвия на лист, которые имеют ширину, по существу равную ширине листа, и такие размеры, положение и движение, что кромки их режущих поверхностей по существу встречаются в центре потока расплавленного пластика.4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что охлаждение происходит в результате прямого контакта с охлаждающим устройством, который имеет поверхностное кондиционирование.5. Claims (10)
1. Способ изготовления пластиковой полой детали путем формования двух листов расплавленного пластика в форме, содержащей две полости, содержащий следующие этапы:
a) два расплавленных пластиковых листа изготавливают путем экструзии по меньшей мере одного потока расплавленного пластика и его поперечного разрезания;
b) эти листы вводят между полостями формы;
c) форму закрывают, и полую деталь изготавливают так, что два листа соответствуют полостям формы;
d) полую деталь, полученную таким образом, удаляют из формы;
e) все операции a)-d) повторяют для изготовления другой полой детали из двух новых листов,
отличающийся тем, что перед, во время и после операции поперечного разрезания нижний участок двух новых листов охлаждают с использованием конкретного устройство охлаждения, которое обеспечивает локальное охлаждение листов на упомянутом нижнем участке.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что листы получают путем продольного разрезания заготовки, имеющей переменную толщину.
3. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что операцию поперечного разрезания выполняют с использованием лезвий, которые имеют режущую поверхность, заканчивающуюся по существу горизонтальной кромкой, при этом используют два лезвия на лист, которые имеют ширину, по существу равную ширине листа, и такие размеры, положение и движение, что кромки их режущих поверхностей по существу встречаются в центре потока расплавленного пластика.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что охлаждение происходит в результате прямого контакта с охлаждающим устройством, который имеет поверхностное кондиционирование.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что устройство охлаждения прочно закреплено на лезвиях, выполняющих операцию поперечного разрезания.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что устройство охлаждения перемещается с помощью привода, при этом движением охлаждающего устройства и лезвий управляют с помощью разных приводов.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-4, отличающийся тем, что устройство охлаждения содержит два бруска на лист.
8. Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что бруски могут перемещаться либо посредством вращения, или с линейным движением, следующим движению потока расплавленного пластика.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что охлаждение происходит после разрезания, и что устройство охлаждения используют для зажима нижних краев новых листов, при их охлаждении и следуя их движению.
10. Оборудование для изготовления пластиковой полой детали путем формования двух листов расплавленного пластика, содержащее форму, имеющую две полости, и содержащее, в дополнение, два подвижных лезвия и два охлаждающих бруска, которые также выполнены подвижными, при этом лезвия и бруски имеют форму, приспособленную для обеспечения, соответственно, поперечного разрезания потока расплавленного пластика и охлаждения нижнего участка листов перед, во время или после операции поперечного разрезания.
