Claims (5)

  1. ＬＥＤバックライトアセンブリであって、
    複数の内部表面を有するハウジングであって、前記内部表面のうちの少なくとも１つは光放出面であり、対向する表面は反射面である、ハウジングと、
    前記光放出面と前記反射面との間に配置される光学フィルムであって、拡散フィルム、反射偏光フィルム、多層光学フィルム、及び構造化表面フィルムのうちの少なくとも１つを含む光学フィルムと、
    前記光学フィルム上に配置される電気的接続状態のＬＥＤのアレイであって、少なくとも１つのＬＥＤは照明視野が前記反射面の方に向けられている、ＬＥＤのアレイと、を備えるＬＥＤバックライトアセンブリ。
  2. 前記反射面が拡散反射面を含む、請求項１に記載のアセンブリ。
  3. 前記ＬＥＤのアレイの前記ＬＥＤが導電体と電気的接続状態にあり、前記導電体は前記光学フィルム上に配置される、請求項１に記載のアセンブリ。
  4. バックライトアセンブリの製造方法であって、
    複数の内部表面を有するハウジングであって、前記内部表面のうちの少なくとも１つは光放出面であり、対向する表面は反射面である、ハウジングを提供する工程と、
    ＬＥＤのアレイと導電体とを光学フィルム上に配置する工程であって、前記光学フィルムは、拡散フィルム、反射偏光フィルム、多層光学フィルム、及び構造化表面フィルムのうちの少なくとも１つを含む工程と、
    前記ＬＥＤのアレイの少なくとも１つのＬＥＤの照明視野が前記反射面の方に向けられるように、前記光学フィルムを前記光放出面と前記反射面との間に定置する工程と、を含む方法。
  5. ＬＥＤバックライトアセンブリであって、
    複数の内部表面を有するハウジングであって、前記内部表面のうちの少なくとも１つは光放出面であり、対向する表面は反射面である、ハウジングと、
    前記光放出面と前記反射面との間に配置される光学フィルムであって、拡散フィルム、反射偏光フィルム、多層光学フィルム、及び構造化表面フィルムのうちの少なくとも１つを含み、非平面であり、一部が反射面上に配置される、光学フィルムと、
    前記光学フィルム上に配置される電気的接続状態のＬＥＤのアレイであって、少なくとも１つのＬＥＤは照明視野が反射面の方に向けられている、ＬＥＤのアレイと、を備えるＬＥＤバックライトアセンブリ。
