Abstract
Description
本発明は、汚染物体及び汚染物質の閉じ込めに使用されるプラスチック袋であって、グローブボックス内に封入されなければならず、後でグローブボックスから取り出されるようなプラスチック袋の溶接の分野に関する。
原子力産業では、再処理又は解体に関するその産業活動の一部において、グローブボックスに入れられた様々なタイプの物質及び材料を取り出すことが必要になる。実際の取り出しは、グローブボックスに機能の上で結合されるプラスチック袋を用いて行われる。これ故、取り出すべき物質は、グローブボックスからグローブボックスに予め入っているプラスチック袋に渡される。プラスチック袋を完全にシールするために、続いて必要な溶接がプラスチック袋に施される。
そのために、本発明の第1の主要目的は、それぞれに個別に電力が供給される、溶接トングのための発熱ストリップを加熱する方法である。

第1の制御手段を有し本体を延長する第1のグリップジョー、及び
第2のグリップジョー
を有するトングと、
2つのグリップジョーの少なくとも一方に長手方向に取り付けられる複数の発熱ストリップと、
電源コードによってトングに接続されて発熱ストリップのそれぞれに電力を供給する電気制御・供給装置と
を備える溶接装置である。
図1は、本発明による装置の好適な実施形態を示す。トングの主要部品は、下側ジョー1、上側ジョー2、及び上側ジョー2に固定される筐体3である。この組立体は、上側ジョー2を下側ジョー1に対して回転させることを可能にする関節部8によって完全なものにされている。上側ジョー2は、圧潰に耐えることができるサイレントブロックを用いて下側ジョー1に対して回転するように取り付けられ、溶接操作中に袋をしっかりと掴むことを可能にするように取り付けられ得ることに留意されたい。
設備をユーザにとって安全なものにしやすい。
Claims (10)
- プラスチック袋を気密シールするために前記プラスチック袋の開口を溶接する溶接装置であって、
トング本体(3)、
下側ジョー(1)、及び
前記下側ジョー(1)に対して可動に取り付けられる上側ジョー(2)
を有するトング(3)であって、
複数の発熱ストリップ(15)が前記2つのジョーの一方に長手方向に取り付けられ、前記トング本体(3)が前記上側ジョー(2)と一体であるトング(3)と、
電源コード(11)によって前記トング(3)に接続されて前記発熱ストリップ(15)のそれぞれに電力を供給する制御・供給装置(10)と
を備える溶接装置において、
前記制御・供給装置(10)が、前記発熱ストリップ(15)のそれぞれに送られる電気エネルギーを多重化する手段であって、特にPIDタイプの3モードコントローラ(22)から構成される手段を有し、それによって、前記制御・供給装置(10)が、各々の時点で1つの前記発熱ストリップ(15)にのみ電力が送られるようにして、1つの前記発熱ストリップ(15)と別の前記発熱ストリップ(15)とで時間的にずらした連続エネルギー波を前記発熱ストリップ(15)に送ること、及び
前記制御・供給装置(10)が、パルス幅を変調する手段を有することを特徴とする溶接装置。 - 温度制御を実行するために、前記各発熱ストリップ(15)に熱電対(16)が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記下側ジョー(1)に関連して、前記上側ジョー(2)の制御動力手段(11、12、13、14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記制御動力手段は、
ねじ・ナットシステム(13、14)を動作する電気モータ(12)であって、ナット(14)が前記上側ジョー(2)に接続される電気モータ(12)と、
前記ジョー(1、2)に加えられる締め付けトルクを制限する手段と
を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶接装置。 - 前記制御・供給装置(10)は交流電源を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御・供給装置(10)は、バッテリによる直流電源を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- それぞれに個別に電力が供給される溶接トング発熱ストリップ(15)を加熱する方法において、規定の間隔があけられ、1つの前記ストリップと別の前記ストリップとでずらした電気エネルギーの連続波を前記各発熱ストリップ(15)に送り、各々の時点で1つの前記発熱ストリップ(15)に電力が供給されることを特徴とする方法。
- 規定の数Nの発熱ストリップ(15)を加熱するために、前記波は、1/Nの持続時間を有し、前記波のそれぞれが他の前記波に対して1/Nの値だけずれており、それにより、組立体に送られる電力が全体として一定である、すなわち、前記エネルギーが多重化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記波の幅の変調を実行することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の加熱する方法。
- 前記発熱ストリップの温度の測定を実行することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の加熱する方法。
