Abstract

Description

用于塑料袋的焊接装置及加热焊接装置的加热条的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及焊接塑料袋的领域,塑料袋诸如是那些用来限制污染物和材料的那些塑料袋,污染物和材料需要装于手套箱中,然后可以从手套箱中将它们提取出来。
具体地,本发明涉及给焊接钳子的加热条供电的方式。
根据本发明的装置和方法的主要应用涉及核工业,以及更特别涉及手套箱中有毒材料的处理。
背景技术
在涉及再加工或分解的某些工业活动的环境中,核工业需要提取置于手套箱内的各种物质和材料。实际的提取借助于塑料袋进行,该塑料袋功能上耦接到手套箱。这样预先置于手套箱的要提取的物质从手套箱穿过,到塑料袋中。为了完全将其密封,则对塑料袋进行焊接是必须的。
在某些情况下,处理的材料和产品的特性和毒性要求装它们的塑料袋要具有很高的焊接质量,目的是保证试剂和进行这些操作的操作者的安全,以及转移的有毒放射性元素无传播。
在提交该专利申请时,实现塑料袋的该类型焊接的技术在焊接设备市场占优势:高频发生器和基于加热电阻器的组件。这两种技术具有的缺点大部分已知很长一段时间,并与使用的技术有关联。
例如,关于高频率发生器,现有设备具有相当大的体积。由此产生降低的可操控性。该设备的另一主要缺点在于与它们的使用相关联的危险,因为该技术实现数千瓦的功率水平,电压在3和5千伏之间,并且电流接近1安,这引入不可忽视的燃烧危险,多个燃烧例子已导致工作中止。而且,这些高频发生器装有功率三极管,其是源自非常古老的技术的元件,且其供应仍然困难和相对昂贵。最后,该设备体积庞大且在通路受限的地方难于使用。
加热电阻发生器的第二种类型是明显不太成熟的。具体地,这些组件将发电机和以电阻金属条形式的加热电阻器相关联。它们明显比高频发生器的危险小,且仍然保持大体积。而且,由该类型的设备产生的焊接很难再现,且需要大量调整,这使得它们的应用非常不便。关于与这些不同类型的发生器关联的钳子,它们并不是很容易操作,因为它们相对较重。而且,由于存在弹簧它们不是非常容易打开,该弹簧是保持钳子抓紧要焊接的材料所必需的。
因此本发明的目的是提出通过加热电阻器焊接塑料袋的另一种系统来克服所述缺点。
发明内容
为达该目的,本发明的第一个主要目标是加热用于焊接钳子的加热条的方法,给每个加热条单独提供电力。
根据本发明,建议给每个加热条输送电能的连续的电能波,并且以确定方式隔开连续的电能波并从一个条相对于其它条偏移连续的电能波。
在主要实施方案中,当使用确定数量为N的加热条时,能量分布是多路传输型,每个波具有每个加热周期的1/N的持续时间,每个波相对于其它波偏移1/N的值,这样输送的电力总体是恒定的并在N个加热条上是多路传输的。
可以设想能够宽度调制输送到加热条的波。
也可设想测量加热条的温度。
本发明的第二个主要目标是为了气密地密封塑料袋而焊接所述塑料袋的开口的焊接装置,所述装置包括:
-一个钳子,其包括:
·主体,
·具有第一控制构件并延长主体的第一颚形夹爪;以及
·第二颚形夹爪,
-在两个颚形夹爪的一个上纵向安装数个加热条;以及
-电控制和供电装置,通过电源线连接到所述钳子上,以给每个所述加热条)提供电力。
根据本发明,所述电力供电装置具有多路传输输送到每个加热条的电能的构件,所述构件即PID型三模式控制器,以给这些加热条输送连续的能量波,并从一个加热条相对于另一个偏移所述能量波,并且所述控制和供电装置包括调制波脉冲宽度的构件。
多路传输使用构件的优选实施例。
也提供使用相对于钳子的另一爪活动地安装的上部颚形夹爪的受控机械化构件。
在该情况下,使用驱动螺杆/螺帽电动机的电动机作为紧固构件是有利的,该螺帽连接到钳子的上部爪。
限制紧固扭矩的构件也可完成该组件。
热电偶也可设置在每个加热条下面以测量温度。
最后,限制组装在钳子上的第一控制构件,以便操作者不需要进行详细调整。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的装置的优选实施例。钳子的主要部件是下部爪1,上部爪2,固定到上部爪2的外壳3。该组件通过使得上部爪2相对于下部爪1枢轴转动的铰链轴8来完成。应当注意的是可以借助于消声块(silentblocs)将上部爪2相对于下部爪1旋转安装,消声块能够经受住碾压并能够使得在焊接操作时抓紧袋子。
下部爪1装配有至少三个脚5,其中之一设置在朝向下部爪1的远端。其它两个靠近铰链轴8设置。
上部爪装配有固定到所述上部爪上的工作柄6。外壳3通过靠近铰链轴8设置的抓握手柄4来完成,且具有控制面板7。用此方式,操作者能够控制多个焊接要素,即时间、温度和使用的加热条的波段。借助于按钮,它控制加热周期的打开和关闭。
在该下部爪1中,在铰链轴8的旁边设置有机动化单元12,使得螺帽系统的螺杆13投入使用成为可能,螺帽14与上部爪2成为整体。这样,致动电动机单元能够使得上部爪2在下部爪1上打开和关闭。电动机单元主要由小电动机组成。它可有利地借助于限制紧固扭矩来完成。
钳子组件明显地通过由电源线11连接到钳子的电控制和供电装置10完成。
可给控制和供电装置10提供两个不同的电流源,即24伏交流电源或电池提供的直流源。这能够使得对作为整体的安装实现最大自主性。应当注意钳子主体3由电子控制平台占有,电子控制平台保证组件的控制并通过控制面板7的媒介接受来自操作者的各种数据。
借助于根据本发明的钳子来进行袋子焊接的加热条设置于上部爪2的较低面9上。
图2描绘互相平行并纵向低于下部爪2设置的三个加热条15。诸如热电偶16的感温探测器用于每个加热条15。换句话说,热电偶16设置在每个加热条15的下面。它们当中的每一个连接到形成控制和供电装置10一部分的数据接收器17。
下面的段落将详细描述组件的操作、使用的加热方法以及控制和实现该方法的不同方面。
在选择的实施方案中使用三个加热条。
本发明的主要思想是不在焊接阶段同时给三个加热条15提供电力。具体地,同时加热全部加热条需要使用庞大和笨重的发生器。因此提出以连续的方式分散电能,在任一次给单个加热条15提供电力,例如以200微秒的周期。
图3示出了分别涉及三个加热条的三个曲线图。以粗线绘制并为时隙形式的曲线描绘输送到每个加热条的电能。以中间线绘制的曲线18描绘每个加热条的温度。可看出与其它加热条相比,每个加热条以偏移方式进行加热。这样,输送到系统中的电能总体恒定。具体地,当停止向第一加热条输送电能时,开始供应第二个加热条,以及第二个和第三个条等等。
这样,有可能很好地控制由作为整体的安装在加热条中实现的能量分布,以保证由此产生的焊接质量和重复性,同时不需要使用非常大功率的发生器。使用多路传输电流发生器并使用PID型三模式控制器作为多路传输电能的方式,PID换句话说就是比例-积分-微分。使用借助于脉冲宽度调制的能量分散,以热电偶的形式测量在每个加热条下面的温度。这样,有可能尽可能精密地操纵分散在每个加热条中的能量,同时使用市场上存在的半导体。使用PID型三模式控制器保证了每个加热条处的规则的温度。
由于这三个焊接在单操作中进行,必需将由电阻器组成的每个加热条加热到给定的温度以达到组成要被密封的袋子的塑料的熔融温度。具体地,如由曲线18所示,在每个加热阶段之间,加热条稍微冷却,但是不足以妨碍焊接过程。如果希望在焊接阶段最小化靠近组成加热条的电阻器的温度幅度,需要以小于一秒的时间常数工作。例如,选择每个加热条的激活阶段为200ms,静止阶段400ms,在静止阶段不再向加热条供应能量。
因此,周期时间在这种情况下是600ms。三模式控制器由8051型INTEL微控制器引导。该组件与温度测量系统相关联,其在该情况下能够使用K型热电偶,其使用范围对应于设想的应用。在目前的应用中,微分作用复位为0,因为没有使用它。
对PID型三模式控制器的算法实施抗饱和装置。因此,该类型的三个分开装置对它们中的每一个都可得到其各自的调节参数和其时间背景。
MAX 6675型热电偶前置放大器与微控制器相关联,具有内部冷焊补偿系统,并通过数字构件用该集成电路专用的NISO/MOSI型协议来询问它。
关于在加热条下面使用的热电偶,建议选择低直径的热电偶,以最小化时间常数并尽可能接近加热区设置它们而不与加热区接触,以便尽可能接近实际的进行测量。
12C型数字传输总线已经实施在在控制和供电装置中,以利用系列存取与EEPROM型存储器通信,存储器用作焊接钳子的功能参数的存储区。
图4示出了加热条的控制组件。因此通过热电偶20对加热条30进行温度测量。通过温度发送器21的媒介发送到PID型三模式控制器。将其与预先设定的温度23和其它参数24相比。将来自PID三模式控制器22的信号传输到PWM型发生器26,PWM型发生器26由时基构件25产生可变宽度脉冲,通过诸如交流静态继电器的电力开关构件27的媒介将该脉冲提供给加热条30。操作者可借助于开关28介入由发生器或电池29提供电能的组件。脉冲宽度调制器使得有可能根据PID三模式控制器22的计算来改变每个组成加热条30的每个电阻器的激活时间值。
应当注意,在设想的实施例中,建议操作者仅预先对五个周期的时间编程,以便简化他的操作,同时使得他能够适应不同的状况。然而,控制和供电装置具有调整多个其它参数的许多可能性,诸如预先设定的温度、与PID三模式控制器有关的系数,使得它能够适应要焊接的各种类型的材料。该参数存储在钳子中,并且到控制和供电装置的连接使其可能显示和修改所述参数,以适应不同焊接配置。
因此,特定调制能力使得能够作为整体容易地使用设备。
钳子的紧固性能对待进行的焊接的质量有重大影响,并使得有可能保证随时间的特定再现性。而且,为了保证紧固扭矩的合适控制,对电动机的供应电流进行测量,电压应用到LINEAR TECHNOLOGY的LT 1298型模拟数字转换器。从而,在紧固时微控制器具有关于电动机的扭矩的信息,该信息通过模拟数字转换型转换器媒介直接数字地转换。因此进行紧固扭矩图像的一体化,且一旦达到阈值,就切断电动机的电供应。从而紧固钳子的机动化获得了容易的使用。
关于在图4中标记29的电源,普通电能源明显地为交流的,如由干线在220伏电压提供的。在电压用于供应焊接钳子的情况下,如其所示,使用提供24伏电压的具有几百伏-安功率的变压器-降压变压器。
为了能够在干线电力供应不可能的困难通路地方进行焊接,给组件提供直流电池以保证电力供应。该装置的第一优点是其自主性。另一优点是能够作为待进行的焊接的数量的函数选择蓄电池。
应当注意,加热条保持拉紧并由连接器连接,容纳在钳子主体3内,并且使用者难以接近它。
形成重量不超过4kg的钳子控制和供电装置组件。
现在将更详细描述整个装置的操作,其通过安装在微控制器内的程序进行。
控制和供电装置的核心由定时为2毫秒的周期并用作整个组件的时基的时钟组成。
借助于控制面板7的按钮进行焊接请求,按钮耦接有数秒的最小按压时间。按钮的询问状态是不变的。操纵钳子的程序具有存储和预定的设定点,假定使用者具有五个编程的周期时间。
在静止或不使用钳子的阶段时,程序的运行与加热到接近设定值的序列一致。该设定值在钳子的不活动阶段为0。另一方面,如果进行焊接请求,则EEPROM存储器提供设定值,然后这变为有效的。开始加热条的加热,直到达到预定的设定温度。PID型三模式控制器保证在每个加热条上的温度稳定并遵从设定值。
一旦周期结束,则冷却周期开始,将其用信号通知使用者,并且它是必须的,以便焊接不会在打开钳子时撕裂钳子。在冷却周期结束时,系统恢复到原始状态,设定值复位为0。
关于钳子的功能态的信息在RS232型的异步串联上可获得。除其它的外,在所述信息中发现了三个加热条的温度和修改所有参数的可能性。该连接使得有可能控制钳子,其可用来精细调节调整参数,并可证明对组件的维护非常有用。
本发明的优点

重量减小,并由此可操控性增强。
获得了待进行的焊接的高可靠性。
可能在难以接近和/或缺少供电的地方进行焊接。

Claims (10)

1、一种焊接塑料袋的开口以气密地密封所述塑料袋的焊接装置,包括:
-钳子(3),其包括:
·钳子主体(3),
·下部爪(1);以及
·相对于所述下部爪(1)活动地安装的上部爪(2),
在两个爪中的一个上纵向安装的数个加热条(15),所述钳子主体(3)与上部爪(2)构成整体;以及
-控制和供电装置(10),通过电源线(11)连接至所述钳子(3),以给每个所述加热条(15)提供电力,
其特征在于,所述控制和供电装置(10)具有多路传输输送到每个所述加热条(15)的电能的构件,所述构件具体由PID型三模式控制器(22)组成,以给所述加热条(15)输送连续的能量波,并随时间从一个加热条(15)相对于另一个加热条偏移所述能量波,以使得在每个时刻,只向单个加热条(15)输送电力,
并且其特征在于,所述控制和供电装置(10)包括调制脉冲宽度的构件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,针对每个加热条(15)使用热电偶(16)以进行温度控制。
3、根据权利要求1所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,它包括相对于所述下部爪(1)的所述上部爪(2)的受控机动化构件(11,12,13,14)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的焊接装置,其特征在于,所述受控机动化构件包括:
-驱动螺帽系统(13,14)的电动机(12),所述螺帽(14)连接至所述上部爪(2);以及
-限制施加于所述爪(1,2)的紧固扭矩的构件。
5、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制和供电装置(10)具有交流电源。
6、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述控制和供电装置(10)具有由电池提供的直流电源。
7、一种加热焊钳加热条(15)的方法,向每个加热条(15)单独提供电力,其特征在于,所述方法包括向每个加热条(15)输送连续的电能波,并且以确定方式隔开所述电能波并从一个条相对于另一个偏移所述电能波,使得在每个时刻,给单个加热条(15)提供电力。
8、根据权利要求7所述的方法,加热确定数量N的加热条(15),其特征在于,所述波具有1/N的持续期间,每个波相对于其它波偏移1/N的值,使得总体输送到组件的所述电力是恒定的,换句话说,使得多路传输能量。
9、根据权利要求8所述的加热方法,其特征在于,进行所述波的宽度的调制。
