Abstract
Description
連続的に製造される中空繊維を巻取装置にバッチ毎に巻き取るステップと、
前記巻取装置のそれぞれ2つの巻取りマンドレルの間に張られ、且つ、束状にまとめられた前記中空繊維バンドルに、巻付フィルムを、該巻付フィルムの前記中空繊維バンドルに直に当たる片側の端部を前記中空繊維バンドルに面するように内側に折り返して、巻き付けるステップと、
前記巻付フィルムの重なり合った端部同士を溶着するステップとを含む。
Claims (9)
- バンドルを形成するべく中空繊維を束ねる方法であって、
連続的に製造される中空繊維をゆっくりと回転する巻取装置にバッチ毎に巻き取るステップと、
前記巻取装置のそれぞれ2つの巻取りマンドレルの間に張られ、且つ、束状にまとめられた前記中空繊維バンドルに、巻付フィルムを、前記中空繊維バンドルに直に当たる該巻付フィルムの片側の端部を前記中空繊維バンドルに面するように内側に折り返して、巻き付けるステップと、
前記巻付フィルムの重なり合った端部同士を溶着するステップとを含む方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記巻付フィルムを巻付用装置に引き入れる前に、該巻付フィルムの片側の端部を、設備されている装置によって折り返す方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記巻付フィルムとして、予め端部が折り返されたフィルムが用いられる方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記巻付フィルムの溶着を、熱インパルス溶着器具によって行う方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、
溶着時間は、10秒未満である方法。 - 請求項4に記載の方法において、
溶着時間は、約0.3から0.5秒である方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
前記フィルムの前記重なり合った端部同士を、互いに間隔の開いた複数箇所のみで互いにスポット溶着する方法。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の方法において、
前記フィルムの前記重なり合った端部同士を、1本の連続的な溶着シーム、又は、複数本の連続的な溶着シーム部分によって互いに溶着する方法。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の方法により製造された中空繊維バンドルであって、
透析器ハウジングのようなハウジングへの挿入前の中間生産ステップにおいて、巻付フィルムによって包まれており、前記巻付フィルムは、当該中空繊維バンドル上に設けられる端部が、前記中空繊維の存する内側へ折り返されている。
