Abstract
【解決手段】水素充填装置10は、水素貯蔵タンク16に貯蔵された水素を、例えば燃料電池車両18に搭載された水素タンク20へと充填するための装置である。この水素充填装置10は、水素タンク20への水素充填が開始された後、該水素充填を所定時間停止し、この停止中に水素タンク20内の温度及び圧力を検出すると共に、該温度及び圧力の検出値に基づき水素タンク20への所定量の水素充填に必要な充填所要残時間を算出し、さらに、算出した充填所要残時間を表示部42に表示可能に構成されている。

Claims (6)
- 水素タンクに水素を充填するための水素充填装置であって、
前記水素タンクへの水素充填の開始後、該水素充填を所定時間停止して前記水素タンク内の温度及び圧力を検出し、該温度及び圧力の検出値に基づき前記水素タンクへの所定量の水素充填に必要な充填所要残時間を算出し、該充填所要残時間を表示部に表示することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1記載の水素充填装置において、
前記水素充填は、前記所定時間停止する前の初期充填ステージと、前記所定時間停止して前記温度及び圧力を検出した後に水素充填を再開する通常充填ステージとを有することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の水素充填装置において、
前記水素タンクに充填するための水素を貯蔵する水素貯蔵タンクが所定温度以下となった場合に、該水素貯蔵タンクを加熱する加熱装置を備えたことを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の水素充填装置において、
前記水素タンクへの水素充填の開始前に該水素タンクの充填前圧力を検出しておき、
該充填前圧力及び前記検出値に基づき前記水素タンクの水素漏れを検知し、前記表示部に表示することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の水素充填装置において、
前記水素タンクへの水素充填の開始前に該水素タンクの充填前温度及び充填前圧力を検出しておき、
該充填前温度及び充填前圧力と前記検出値とに基づき前記水素タンクの容量を算出し、該算出した容量と水素充填流量とに基づき前記充填所要残時間を算出することを特徴とする水素充填装置。 - 水素タンクに水素を充填するための水素充填方法であって、
前記水素タンクへの水素充填の開始後、該水素充填を所定時間停止して前記水素タンク内の温度及び圧力を検出してから水素充填を再開し、該再開後に前記温度及び圧力の検出値に基づき前記水素タンクへの所定量の水素充填に必要な充填所要残時間を算出することを特徴とする水素充填方法。
