Description
水素を圧縮する圧縮機ユニットは、水素ステーションの中で比較的大きな装置である。水素ステーションに用いられる様々な機器を統合的に制御する統合制御盤が、圧縮機ユニットに取り付けられるならば、圧縮機ユニットの外表面は、統合制御盤の取付に有効に利用される。加えて、統合制御盤は、圧縮機ユニットに密接され、不必要な空間は、統合制御盤と圧縮機ユニットとの間に形成されない。したがって、水素ステーションは、狭い設置領域の中で構築されることができる。第1実施形態において、圧縮機ユニットに取り付けられた統合制御盤を有する例示的な水素ステーションが説明される。
設計者は、上述の水素ステーション100に様々な特徴を与えることができる。以下に説明される特徴は、上述の水素ステーション100の設計原理を何ら限定しない。
制御回路151は、作業者が携帯する通信端末と通信可能に設計されてもよい。この場合、作業者は、水素ステーション100から離れた位置で、水素ステーション100の状態を監視することができる。加えて、作業者は、水素ステーション100から離れた位置で、様々な指令を、水素ステーション100に与えることができる。
第1実施形態の設計原理によれば、水素ステーションは、統合制御盤及び圧縮機ユニットにそれぞれ配置された複数の検知部及び複数の換気装置又は防爆装置を備える。しかしながら、圧縮機ユニットに配置された検知部及び換気装置は、統合制御盤に共用されてもよい。この場合、水素ステーションは、少ない部品を有することができる。第2実施形態において、統合制御盤及び圧縮機ユニットに共用される検知部及び換気装置を有する例示的な水素ステーションが説明される。
第2実施形態に関して、検知部は、圧縮機ユニットに取り付けられる。しかしながら、検知部は、統合制御盤にも追加的に配置されてもよい。この場合、漏出水素は、信頼性高く検出される。第3実施形態において、追加的な検知部を有する例示的な水素ステーションが説明される。

Claims (6)
- 水素をタンク搭載装置のタンクに供給する水素ステーションであって、
前記水素ステーションに設けられた複数の機器を統合的に制御する統合制御盤と、
前記統合制御盤内に漏出した漏出水素を検知する検知部と、
前記複数の機器のうち1つとして用いられ、前記統合制御盤によって制御される圧縮機と、前記圧縮機が収容された筐体と、を有する圧縮機ユニットと、
前記統合制御盤内及び前記筐体内の空気を換気する高換気措置を行う換気部、又は、前記統合制御盤内及び前記筐体内を揚圧にする内圧防爆措置を行う防爆部と、を備え、
前記統合制御盤は、前記筐体に取り付けられ、
前記統合制御盤と前記圧縮機とを繋ぐ電気的な配線が、前記筐体に形成された貫通穴を通じてなされることで、前記電気的な配線は、前記統合制御盤内及び前記筐体内において行われた前記高換気措置による換気環境下、又は、前記内圧防爆措置による揚圧環境下に置かれる、水素ステーション。 - 前記換気部は、前記筐体の内部空間と前記統合制御盤の内部空間とを連通するダクトと、前記筐体に取り付けられた換気装置と、を含み、
前記換気装置は、前記筐体の前記内部空間の空気を吸い込むとともに前記ダクトを通じて前記統合制御盤の前記内部空間の空気を吸い込むように構成されている
請求項1に記載の水素ステーション。 - 前記検知部は、前記換気装置とともに、前記筐体に取り付けられる
請求項2に記載の水素ステーション。 - 前記複数の機器は、前記水素を冷却するためのブラインを冷却する冷凍機と、前記タンクに前記水素を供給するディスペンサと、前記圧縮機によって圧縮された前記水素が貯蔵される蓄圧器ユニットと、を含み、
前記統合制御盤は、前記冷凍機、前記ディスペンサ及び前記蓄圧器ユニットそれぞれに電気的に接続され、前記冷凍機、前記ディスペンサ及び前記蓄圧器ユニットそれぞれを制御する
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の水素ステーション。 - 前記統合制御盤は、前記圧縮機、前記冷凍機、前記ディスペンサ及び前記蓄圧器ユニットにバス接続され、フィールドネットワークを形成する
請求項4に記載の水素ステーション。 - 前記統合制御盤は、前記水素ステーションの状態を表す状態データを無線信号として送信する送信部を含む
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の水素ステーション。
