Abstract
【解決手段】 組成式をαLa2 Ox ・βAl2 O3 ・γCaO・δTiO2(ただし、3≦x≦4)と表した場合に、モル比α,β,γ,δが下記式を満足する成分100モル部に対して、バリウムの含有量が酸化物換算で0.001モル部以上0.009モル部以下であり、かつCaTiO3結晶を含むことを特徴とする誘電体セラミックスとする。

Claims (5)
- 組成式をαLa2 Ox ・βAl2 O3 ・γCaO・δTiO2(ただし、3≦x≦4)と表した場合に、モル比α,β,γ,δが下記式を満足する成分100モル部に対して、バリウムの含有量が酸化物換算で0.001モル部以上0.009モル部以下であり、かつCaTiO3結晶を含むことを特徴とする誘電体セラミックス。

0.16≦β≦0.22
0.29≦γ≦0.36
0.29≦δ≦0.37
(ただし、α+β+γ+δ=1) - 表面におけるCaTiO3結晶の割合が、面積率で3%以上15%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘電体セラミックス。
- リートベルト法によって算出されるCaTiO3結晶の格子定数のa、bおよびcが下記式を満足することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の誘電体セラミックス。

7.643≦c≦7.656 - ボイド率が4%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の誘電体セラミックス。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の誘電体セラミックスを誘電体材料に用いたことを特徴とする誘電体共振器。
